# Georgina's pov

I took another glance at the booth and then turned back to June.

"What the hell are they doing here?" I asked

"Isn't that Finn's mom? Nicole Peterson?" June asked
I nodded to mean yes.
"What the hell is she doing out of prison?" She shot another inquiry

"I don't know what the hell is going on. Why is Finn hanging out with Gordon and his boys?" I asked

"Lots of questions and no answers. You should go confront him." June spoke

"What?" I asked
"Why the hell would I do that? Finn and I are not in a good place right now." I added
"I am staying out of it."

"Whoa! I think the new bartender is flirting with Finn. " June said,
I quickly turned my gaze to the lady bartender who was pouring drinks into Finn's glass. She was grinning seductively at Finn and Finn was grinning back at her.

"Seems like Nicole and Gordon are pushing him to pursue her and he's falling for it," June said

"Yeah, seems like it," I said after Finn accepted and handed the lady bartender his phone and the lady typed what I supposed was her number. Handing Finn's back to him, Finn rubbed her hand gently putting a huge grin on his face.

"Stupid bartender," I mumbled to myself as jealousy struck my heart.
"We should go home. I will be sleeping at your place for a few days." I added

"Okay," June said, and we left the bar.

***The next morning**

Julia knocked calmly at Finn's door twice but when she received no response, her patience wore off and she started to knock on the door furiously and nonstop.

"Damn it! Get a life, Finn." Liam said after opening the door.
"Whoa! Sorry, I thought you were my brother." He apologized after he raised his brows and observed the culprit to be Detective Julia.

"Hey, are you alright? What is that smell?" Julia asked as she stepped inside. Some burning smells coming from the kitchen were hard to ignore.

"What are you doing?" Julia asked as she walked into the kitchen.

"Cooking breakfast," Liam responded and continued to stir the pot of cereal that he was cooking.

"This is all burnt. Damn it!" Julia said and then put off the gas.
"Why are you fixing your breakfast? Do you even know how to cook?"

"I don't but they say there's a first time for everything and besides I got no one to cook for me," Liam responded

"Where is Finn?"

"I have no idea. He didn't come home last night."

"What?"

"He hasn't been acting like himself lately. A lot of drinking and smoking. I barely see him. " Liam responded and then continued to empty coffee in a cup.
"I guess I'll have to take plain coffee," Liam said and walked to the living room with his coffee. Julia followed him.

"Ooh, God! What..." Before Julia could complete her sentence a knock at the door interrupted her.

"Could be him," Julia said and walked to the door and opened it. Liam wore his headphones and continued to play his games as he drank his coffee.

"You are not, Finn." She said as the person who had knocked turned out to be Alex Booth.

"Yes, I am not Finn," Alex said and walked in. Julia closed the door behind him.
"Damn! What's that smell?" He asked
Julia grabbed his hand and made him hold his steps.

"What?" Alex asked

"Liam burned some cereal trying to fix himself breakfast. The whole place is a mess. " Julia responded

"Where is his brother?"

"Liam says he didn't come home last night and he has not been acting like himself. " Julia responded
"He also said he has been drinking and smoking a lot. The boy barely sees him." Julia added

"Ooh, damn it! He's losing it again."

"Again?" Julia asked

"Yeah, something that happens when his life gets kind of shuttered down. Lately, he has been going through a rough patch with Georgina and I also kinda betrayed him." Alex responded
"You too, Julia. You betrayed him." He added

"Damn it! I have to find Finn." Julia said

"Better find him. He gets violent in times like this. If he has reached a point of abandoning Liam then it's bad." Alex said

"Take care of Liam. I'll go find him." Julia said and stormed out.

***June's apartment**

June walked inside her guest room where Georgina was sleeping.

"Hey; you have been in bed the whole morning. Breakfast was ready hours ago.  Come on, get up." June said and dragged the blanket away. Georgina dragged it back.

"I want to stay in bed," Georgina said

"Hey, what's going on? Are you okay? Is this about Finn and that bartender?" June asked
Georgina looked away and dropped a tear and quickly wiped it away.

"Hey, Gee, what's going on?" June asked curiously

"I am so stupid. I hate myself." Georgina responded

"Don't say that. You're not stupid. You are, Gee. The smartest brat I know."

"No, I screwed things up. I should have listened to all of you. You, Marcus, Helena, Raven, and even Finn."

"What are you talking about? What did you do, Gee?"

"I lied," Georgina said, and another tear dropped from her eye.

"Lied?" June asked

"I wasn't at the lake house with Raven and Helena."

"Who were you with?"

"I wasn't at the lake house. I said I was going to Raven's lake house but instead went with Jasper to his family's beach house." Georgina responded, and this time June's eyes widened in disbelief.

"What? Why would you do that?" June asked

"I was mad at Finn and Jasper was there for me. He asked me to go with him and I said yes." Georgina said
"And I did something bad when I was there."

"What did you do?' June asked

"I slept with him," Georgina responded
June sat on the bed putting on a surprised facial expression. She could not believe what Georgina had just told her.

"Say something, June," Georgina said after a silence dominated for a minute
June stood up.

"I am going to work. You shouldn't be here when I get back." June said, and stormed out ignoring Georgina who was calling her name.

"Damn it!" Georgina exclaimed and continued sobbing softly.
