Georgina's pov

I woke up and took a brisk shower in my bathroom and dressed just simply, a black T-Shirt and white sweat pant. It was on Saturday and already three months since I joined campus. I was already adapting to campus life. Since I had no classes on weekends I decided to go visit June at her coffee shop. I don't know why she called it a coffee shop while she served juices and ice creams too.  It sounded more like a beverage shop to me.
Once I was done dressing I walked downstairs to our living room and headed to where a wall mirror was set.

" Going somewhere?" Marcus asked walking down the stairs. I could hear his footsteps.

" Yes, good morning too,  Marcus," I said without getting the mirror.

" Where are you going, it's on a weekend, no classes today," Marcus asked ignoring my good morning greetings.

" I'm not going to school,  I want to visit June at her shop. " I said and turned to him.

" Okay, I will drop you off. Only if you want 'cause I am heading to work." Marcus said and started walking.

" Of course, I want you to drop me," I said.

"Let's go then," Marcus said and walked to the door, I followed him.

To June's coffee shop it was a thirty-minute drive but Marcus only used twenty minutes. Marcus stopped his car outside June's shop and I stepped out after mumbling a thank you to him.  June walked quickly outside when she noticed me.

"Hey, little brat" June said as she hugged me. She was used to calling me a little brat saying that I was a spoiled rich kid and so I did not get offended.

"Marcus,  How are you? June greeted Marcus through the car's window.

" I'm all good, June," Marcus said.
" And you look good," he added and grinned.

" Ooh c'mon, Marcus you should leave now,"  June spoke.

" Take care of my little sister," Marcus said.

" I can take care of myself big brother. I am not a kid to be looked after. You should leave us now. I will see you later" I protested.

" Okay, bye" Marcus, said and drove away. June and I walked inside and sat down. June served me mango juice and served herself pineapple juice. We sat down talking as we sipped the juices.

" So, how is campus life?" June asked.

"It's now three months since I joined. I'm now used to that life but I still get butterflies in my stomach once a cute guy passes by and smiles at me". I responded.

" I told you, campus life is always sweet, cute boys and beautiful girls like you. I hope you have gotten yourself a boyfriend, right brat?" June asked

" What! No, I don't have a boyfriend yet." I said.

"But you have eyes on a few, right?."

I thought for a while then grinned at the thought of Finn. Was I having eyes on him? I didn't know. I haven't seen him since the day I ran into him at the pathway and more so he didn't know me.

"Who's the lucky guy? I can see you smiling, Gee. Come on! Spill it already." June teased.

"No one yet. I don't have my eyes on anyone." I spoke softly but in a convincing tone.
"But there is this guy, Jasper Martinez. He's kinda interested in me but I don't like him. He's so full of himself and so are his friends." I added.

"Is he cute?"

"Yeah. He's good-looking but no." I responded.

" Okay. Okay. I know you will find someone great soon. You are so pretty to go unnoticed. They will come running to you. A lot of them." June said and giggled.
