SANDRO's POV

Cass: Cong, we have received a bunch of complaint reports.

Sandro: What do you mean complaint reports?

Cass: Lahat daw po ng agri machineries may problema. Hindi gumagana.

Sandro: Hindi gumagana? That was distributed last week pa. Hindi ba natesting lahat bago ibigay sa mga farmers?

Cass: It was tested naman po bago ibigay sa kanila since may demonstration po before we handed it over to them.

Sandro: So what's the issue?

Cass: We are investigating na po.

Sandro: That was odd. As in lahat?

Cass: Yes po. Ahmmm... Actually, Cong.... another report just came in.

Sandro: Spill it, Cass.

Cass: Pati yung mga ambulance and firetrucks daw po nagkaproblema.

Sandro: What?! Seriously?!

Cass: Maraming tao po ang nagrereklamo, some were posted on socmed.

Sandro: Ask the PR team to turn it down. Kausapin nyo lahat ng mga tao and if possible, ask them to go directly here sa office ko sa we can properly talk about the ongoing issue.

Cass: Ok po.

Sandro: And Cass...

Cass: Yes Cong?

Sandro: Tell RB and the team na sila na lang ang mag attend ng mga agenda ko today to some barangays.

Cass: Hindi na po kayo sasama?

Sandro: I know they can do it without me. I'll stay here para makausap ko yung mga tao na nagrereklamo.

Cass: Pwede naman po na yung head na lang ang kumausap sa kanila.

Sandro: Cass.

Cass: Po?

Sandro: I'll do it.

Cass: Noted po.

Sandro: Is Marcus Fortalejo already on his way?

Cass: Yes po. He should be here in a few minutes.

Sandro: Okay. Thank you, Cass.

Cass: Welcome po.

Start of the week pero may problema na agad. But this is the first time na may nagreklamo about sa mga donated machineries. What the hell is going on?

I can't help but to think. Masisira ang pangalan ko sa mga tao kapag nagtuloy tuloy ang ganitong problema so I have to immediately take an action.

My phone vibrated and I quickly grab it from my pocket. Umayos ako ng upo and a smile automatically curved on my lips when I saw the name that flashes on the screen. Sunod sunod ang pasok ng messages.
