Chapter 32- Werewolves On A

Rampage

Gina and Jillian ran down the lightly dimmed hall as they could hear the growls and snarls from the pack of werewolves behind them. When they could see the elevator Gina stopped, turning around, bringing out her AWM sniper rifle.

"Gina?! What are you doing?" Jillian called out.

"Go to the elevator, I'm gonna try to hold them back. Call me when the doors open," Gina said taking a shot.

Jillian nodded and ran to the elevator, pressing the up button. "Come on, come on," she chanted. Jillian turned around to see Gina down the hall taking out the werewolves one by one, slowly.

"Please, tell me that dang door is opening!!" Gina yelled.

"Not yet!" Jillian called back while spamming the button. After couple of seconds the elevator door finally opened and Jillian squealed with delight. "It's open! Gina, it's open!"

"Ok, get in! I'll be right there."

Jillian did as ordered getting into the elevator. "Come on!"

"Click the 21st floor!"

"But your not in the elevator!"

"Just click it!"

Jillian clicked the 21st floor and the door started to slowly close. Gina stopped the fire and ran to the closing elevator.

"Hurry up, come on, run faster!" Jillian called.

Gina ran as fast as she could down the hall. She can still hear the snarls behind her but she didn't bother to look back. The elevator door was about to close shut and at the last second Gina jumped through making it just before the door shut. Gina was breathing heavily on the door. They can hear the scratching of claws as the elevator started to move up.

"God that was close," Gina said.

"Yeah, way too close. You could've been trapped down there," said Jillian.

They watched the screen of the elevator as the numbers climbed higher knowing that they have to g wet out of this city. But what they down know is that the werewolves down in the basement is smarter that what they look. Instead of snarling and scratching at the elevator door, they charged to the stairs, going to the first floor.

Peyton's blue eyes fluttered open. She groaned and rubbed her eyes. She looked around seeing the room completely dark. She got out the bed and walked to the door. She looked to Zoie's bed and back to the door, slowly opening it. She walked out into the lightly dimmed hall way. She noticed that Gina's and Jillian's room door was slightly open.

'That's weird?' She thought.

Then she heard footsteps. They sound rushed, like it was running away from something. Peyton looked down the hall and a pair of red orbs was glowing down the hall coming closer. She was about to run back into her room when she noticed that's it was Gina and Jillian. She had forgotten that Gina's eyes turn red when it's dark, since the halls was only lit by a really dim light.

"Hey, guys. What's wrong?" Peyton asked.

Gina and Jillian stopped in front of Peyton, panting.

"Wake... everyone up. We have to... leave... right now," Gina said between breaths.

"What, why?" Peyton said confused.

"Because-" Gina was cut by the sound of howls. Peyton eyes widen. "That's why. Now hurry and wake everyone up."

Peyton nodded and ran back to her room to wake Zoie up while Gina and Jillian went to wake the others.

"Zoie, wake up!" Peyton shook Zoie's shoulder.

"Wha-? What's going on?" Zoie asked as she rubbed her eyes.

"Is she awake?!" Jillian called from the door way.

"Yeah!" Peyton called as Zoie got up from the bed.

"Ok, everyone grab your stuff get changed or whatever, but just hurry," Peyton heard Gina said from the hall way.

Zoie ran to the bathroom and Peyton grabbed anything she needed. Everyone was met outside in the hall.

"What's going on?" Matt asked.

"We have to get out of here," said Jillian.

"Why?" Joe asked.

"Oh my god, this just like the conversation I just had with Peyton," Gina mumbled. "Because-" Gina was cut by more howls and everyone's eyes widen as they tense. "I should just let the howls explain everything," said Gina.

"I can't believe this! Not with those wolves again," Tyler said.

"Oh, you better believe it, now come on!" Gina said in a rush.

"How are we gonna get down? We're on the 21st floor," said Nicole.

"The only way down is the elevator or the stairs," Jillian replied.

"I would always go with stairs, but I'm pretty sure that's where the wolves are," said Gina.

"So elevator it is, let's go," said Jack.

They ran down the hall to the elevator. Johnny clicked the down button and the door automatically opened revealing Rachel and Marc.

"What are you guys doing here? Did you not here the howls?" Zoie said.

"We did, that's way we're here, to warn you," said Rachel.

"Well were awake and we are definitely warned, now move aside," said Jillian.

Everyone squished into the elevator and Tyler hit the floor number 1 button. The elevator door closed and they can feel it moving down. Once the elevator door open, hell broke out. People screaming and running as wolves rampages through.

"What the hell is going on?" Marc said.

"What are those things?" Rachel asked.

"Those things, are apparently way worse than zombies," said Gina.
