“AND.. cut.” Jang Miyeon spoke, pressing a button and turning off the microphone connected to the speakers throughout the school.

Seong Haewon sighed, collecting the paper with her lines written along it. She stood up from her seat, her head turning in the direction of the underclassman who was previously sitting beside her at the desk, giving their first announcement to the school together.

“Good work.” Haewon spoke quietly, a small smile on her lips as she bowed politely towards the boy, who returned the gesture.

“Thank you. Good job today.” He smiled brightly, looking over at the girl. Hong Jihun, a third year student, in the grade below Haewon.

Although Haewon joined the broadcasting club blind sighted with little to no information regarding what activities would be done, or who the members were, she found comfort in some of the people there, whereas others she had very little interactions with.

Today, she was to give out a list of announcements regarding the upcoming week — reminding students of exams, or activities. Even newfound clubs that are currently looking for members during lunch break as the vast majority of students were free and out of classes, giving room for more people to hear.

“Miyeon?” Haewon called out, brushing her fingers through her hair as she walked over to the girl, who hummed quietly and tilted her head.

Jang Miyeon, the member she got along the most with. She was in a few of Haewon's classes, and was the person who introduced her to the club to begin with, after passing out papers in class.

After deep consideration, the girl had shown up to the club after school, getting to know what it was about before she made the decision to join.

Of course, with the extra push in her head that it would be good for her to find a new activity to take part in, instead of spending her free time at home doing nothing.

Although part of her felt slightly pressured to join a club as all of her friends were in some of their own, or were taking extra curricular activities after hours, she was glad she took the initiative to join as she discovered a newfound love for what she was experiencing.
