"I... am in danger?" I ask.

"Yes! Snap out of it!" Gimli yells.

"Snap... out of what?" I ask.

"Legolas, please... you have to think about this." Gimli says.

"I'm... not sure what you're talking about." I say.

Don't listen to him.

What are you saying Gimli? I feel like I'm caught in a cold current. My brain is in turmoil with my heart. I turn away. I need some space. I don't know what's he spewing on about. Yet... why do I not feel like listening.

"What's going on?" A voice says.

"Nothing Aragorn." I turn.

"Cin thír so tired." Aragorn says.

(You look so tired.)

"It's nothing." I say.

"Nothing?!  Aragorn talk some sense into him!" Gimli yells.

"I'm... fine." I say.

"Fine?! You're obviously not fine!" Gimli yells.

"Please... stop." I mutter.

I feel low. I feel my energy fading. I feel a little faint.

"Legolas! Snap out of it!" Gimli roars.

"Legolas." Aragorn grabs my arm.

I push off of him.

"Leave nin eriol." I say.

(Leave me alone.)

I can't listen to this. I need rest. I feel... like I'm drowning in mud. I feel... like my stomach is twisting into itself. I grip my fists. I need to rest. I need to be left alone. What are they saying? What is Gimli saying? What has Saruman said? I fear they're right and it makes me sick to my stomach.

Come see me.

"Legolas-" Gimli starts.

"Leave him be." Aragorn grab Gimli.

"But-" Gimli starts.

"He needs to solve this by himself." Aragorn says.
