Chapter 32

"Damn, Minji" Chan says as he looks at the students that kept looking at Minji, they're walking in the hallway and he couldn't help but notice how Minji has captured the other student's eyes.

"What?" Minji says as she looks at Chan, confused at what he's talking about.

"Are you not noticing the people checking you out right now?" Felix says as he laughs at Minji's confused expression.

"They're checking me out?" Minji asks, even more confused. She looks around and sees other students looking at her, she gives them a smile and hears a few girls squeal in delight to have captured her attention.

"Seriously! Who are you and what have you done to our Minji?!" Chan dramatically stops in front of Minji and shakes her shoulders. Minji laughs and shrugs. As much as she still doesn't like the attention on her, Minji has gotten used to it while she was away and has learned how to deal with it.

"I mean, I still don't like it when the attention is on me but it's kinda hard when Yunjin and Hanni are one of the most popular people at school. Just kinda learned how to deal with it." Minji says to her friends, she smiles and greets the students as they make their way to the cafeteria.

Her friends watch her in awe as they're not used to this Minji. The Minji they know usually just keeps to herself, her head usually hangs low looking at her phone playing games or not paying attention to her surroundings. But the Minji with them right now is different, she expels more confidence.

"Ah. So Yunjin is popular." Chaewon says as she bites her lips. Minji turns her attention to Chaewon and laughs. She remembers that Chaewon has been ignoring Yunjin.

"By the way, Yunjin wants to know why you've been leaving her on read" Minji says as they enter the cafeteria, she follows her friends to get their food but opts out on getting anything. She doesn't feel hungry right now, she's more tired than anything.

"I saw her leave comments on other girls' instagram." Chaewon says, as she looks away from Minji. Chan and Felix laugh and Hyewon looks at Minji disapprovingly.

"I need Yunjin to teach me her ways of flirting. The girl has game" Chan says, him and Felix high five with each other, both agreeing that they couldn't wait to meet Yunjin and calling her the "rizz master"

"If you guys don't shut up, you'll be on the same boat as her" Hyewon reminds the boys as she looks at Chaewon, she looks annoyed. Her face is scrunched up and her lips pouting. The group makes their way to their usual table. Minji smiles as she takes her normal seat, she misses this. She wonders if this is what it would've been like if she was going to school here instead of abroad. She looks around her group of friends and smiles at them, they turn their attention on her and start teasing her.

"Kim Minji is looking at us weird," Felix says with a laugh as he looks at Minji staring at them with a smile on her face.

"It's because she missed my face" Chan says as he takes a big bite of his lunch, Hyewon and Chaewon make a disgusted face at him.

"You wish. It's obviously because of me" Hyewon says as she puts her arms around Minji, this takes her friend out of her daze and she laughs at her friends.

" I've missed you guys. I was just thinking if this is what it would feel like if I was going to school with you guys" Minji says shyly. Her friends look at her lovingly and coos at how cute and sweet she is.

"Aweeee! We missed you too!!" Chaewon says as she looks at Minji with a big smile on her face. As the group continued on with their lunch, three girls were approaching their table.

"Unnie, you're not eating?" Dani says as they reach the group, she takes a seat beside Felix and sets her lunch down. Hyein comes up from behind her and sets her lunch down beside Dani and looks at her sister.
