A big talk

The entire car ride was silent. They got home and Ozai and Ursa sat on the couch.
"Azula come sit" Ozai said

She knew she couldn't get away with it. Not with something of this severity. She complied and say on the couch facing them. She knew her parents were about to give her the talk of a lifetime.

"Azula seriously, I can't believe what you did" Ursa said. Azula just stayed quiet.
"Do you think what you did was right?" Ozai said
"I don't care" Azula said
"Seriously?! You sleep with another girl's boyfriend and you don't care! What kind of attitude is that?!" Yelled Ursa.
"Whatever, it is what it is" Azula replied in her usual dry tone.
"Azula how would you feel if someone did that with your boyfriend?!"
"Shitty"
"So why would you do that with someone else's boyfriend?! Imagine how that girl feels!"
"Sucks to suck"
"Oh my god Azula! Why are you behaving like this?! You're acting heartless and selfish!"
"Oh yeah?"
"Yes Azula! Like seriously, what's wrong with you?!"
"Well clearly you know what's wrong with me. You called me heartless and selfish"
"Well let's not go that far..." said Ozai trying to calm the situation down a little bit.
"What do you mean Ozai! She ruined a girl's relationship for no reason and clearly didn't feel bad! She was even making jokes about it! Who does that Azula?! That's shameful!" Replied Ursa.
"So you're ashamed of me?" Said Azula
"Yes! In this moment I'm very ashamed and disappointed! You were there in front of the girl and her parents saying how her boyfriend likes you more and how he made you feel so good and you even said you're a slut for his dick! Who talks like that?! It's horrible and shameful!"
"Yeah Azula the way you spoke in front of other adults was unacceptable" continued Ozai
"Ok I get it, I'm a horrible person. Can I go now?" Said Azula.
"Do you see that Ozai? She doesn't even fucking care. Do you not realize what you did? You think you're right in all this? That you did nothing wrong and you're perfect?" Said Ursa.
"I said I don't care"
"Who taught you to be like this? Why are you acting like this? Ozai you spoiled her too much, look how she's acting"
"Oh so what? You're criticizing dad for actually loving me unlike you?! You think that made me into a monster now?!" Said Azula
"Oh Azula please don't start with this whole I don't love you crap. You try to victimize yourself so we change the subject and stop punishing you. Get this through your head: you are not perfect, you did something very wrong and you're suffering the consequences"
"Whatever, this is all bullshit. She fucking attacks me and pulls up my shirt in front of the class and I get the most shit for it"
"Azula, we're not saying she wasn't wrong. We're not mad at you for the fighting, we're mad because you're not realizing that what you did to that girl was wrong" said Ozai
"Whatever, she deserves it! She was always a bitch to me!"
"So you slept with her boyfriend?! That was something you thought would be a good idea?!" Said Ursa.
"Yes! Besides, I slept with Sokka before they even got together! I had him first!"
"So what?! He wasn't your boyfriend! He was hers!"
"Well then how come you kept coming back to me huh?!"
"Because he's an idiot too! We don't want you seeing him anymore either!"
"What?! No I'm still gonna talk to Sokka"
"Azula this boy has caused a lot of trouble for you. It's better to stop seeing him" said Ozai
"No! Yesterday I talked with him and we shared a lot of personal things. I like him for real and I'm not gonna stop talking to him and seeing him"
"What do you mean personal things?"
"Well yesterday I got into a fight with mom because her favourite pastime is yelling at me so I went on a walk and stumbled across Sokka. We talked and opened up to each other and I like him so I won't stop talking to him"
"Well too bad, you'll only talk to him during school because you're grounded for the rest of the school year" said Ursa
"What?! You can't do that!"
"Yes I can. You've gotten suspended twice already and have a million detentions and it's only mid October! You slept with a girl's boyfriend because you just felt like it and don't even feel bad! Your behaviour and attitude is horrible and I don't like what you're becoming!"
"You can't ground me for that long!"
"Yes I can! Give me your phone too!"
"No!"
"Give it now!"
"No, I'm not giving you anything! You ruin my life!"
"I ruin your life?! No, you ruin your own life!"
"No it's you! I hate you!"
"I don't care. See how it feels when someone talks like to you?"
"Shut up!"
"Azula don't talk like that to your mother" Ozai said
"No! She fucking ruins everything for me! I fucking hate her! She makes my life so much worse!" Azula was getting more aggravated by the second.
"Azula look, take some time to calm down a little bit and we'll talk all together about this later"
"No! I don't want to talk to her! I'm done talking to her! She think I'm a selfish and heartless monster!"
"She never said that"
"Yes she did! And she didn't have to say it! I know she hates me!"
"Azula she doesn't hate you"
"Well she doesn't love me! She never says it! Whatever, I'm done with her anyways. She can kiss my fucking ass, I don't care"
"Ok Azula stop talking like that. Go up to your room now and go calm down because you're very angry right now"
"Fine, but you're not taking my phone"
"I won't, just go now"
Azula goes upstairs without saying another word and locks herself in her room.

"Ozai she has issues. I hate to say it but I don't want to sugarcoat it" says Ursa
"Ursa slow down, I wouldn't say she has issues..." Ozai replied.
"Come on Ozai, it's better to just admit it. She has anger issues and is very narcissistic. I mean look how she just acted in front of her own parents and other adults. It's unacceptable"
"Yeah I guess so but I don't know if I'd go that far..."
"Come on Ozai. You can't tell that doesn't have anger issues and attitude problems"
"Well yes, she does get very angry... but you called her a narcissist"
"Well you also can't tell me that her attitude problems aren't caused by narcissism. She talks back to teachers, even called one a bitch, she's constantly rude to other people like her peers, she has absolutely no remorse over screwing up someone's entire relationship and even made jokes about it to rub it in her face, in front of her parents too. She never takes accountability for her actions, she has no empathy and refuses to admit she's wrong and apologize"
"Yeah I guess you're right... what should we do?"
"I don't know. I don't want her to keep being like this, she'll get into a lot of trouble. I say we need to find her some help"
"How though? She won't accept talking to someone"
"I don't know Ozai, we'll figure it out. I'm sick of this behaviour and it's just getting worse and worse"
