With Kise and his Perfect Copy, he was able to score points on his own by using the abilities and techniques of the Generation of Miracles.
Kaijo — 15
Seirin — 2
6 minutes remain in the first quarter.
You looked at your team, seeing how exerted they are already, 'It's only been 3 minutes but I'm scared we won't be able to take much more of this...'
"Man," Kise breathed out, "this is rough. I'm taking a break."
Kagami was shocked by hearing that, "What?!"
'Copying the Generation of Miracles is tiring. Of course, he'd take a break once in a while during the game.' You thought, looking at Kise.
The said male pointed at Kagami and Kuroko, "We are in control of the game."
Hyuga gave a glare, "This is terrible."
Seirin's captain went to do a three but missed the shot as Kobori had the rebound, "Don't worry about it, Hyuga!" Izuki tried to encourage him, "Yeah!"
Izuki passed to the redhead, "Kagami!" The ace was up against Kaijo's ace.
He tried to get past but Kise wasn't easy to shake off. Kagami tried to do a fadeaway out of a full drive but missed the net, "What?!"
You clenched the hand that held the mechanical pencil, 'We're completely off balance...! And our plan to strike first was cut off by Ryo-kun's Perfect Copy. Thanks to the surprise attack, we started to fall behind...! We need to close the gap. But we're getting too impatient...which is dulling our attacks, leading to mistakes.'
You noticed the off-balanced rhythm, both you and Riko gave each other a look, "I'll get ready." You stated making her nod.
"Lineup change." Riko stated, "Furihata. You're in."
You stood in front of him so you could take his sweatshirt off. He looked in between you and Riko before pointing at himself in fear, "What...?!"
Riko stood up to speak to her point guard, "Izuki!"
Kagami and the others looked in surprise to see Furihata be a substitute.
Rin in the crowd smiled, "YEAH! THAT'S MY BOYFRIEND!! GET 'EM!!"
Furihata flinched, "GAH! I didn't know she stayed behind to watch...!"
You gave a worried glance at the stands, "Maybe I shouldn't have told Rin that he'd be playing..."
The first year was seen hyperventilating from how intense the court was, you could see him walking like a robot.
Izuki smiled at Furihata, patting his shoulder, "We're counting on you. Your mark is number 4."
When hearing who was his mark he gasped in fear, "What?"
Kagami tried to encourage Furihata, "I don't know what the coach or our manager are thinking, but do your best, Furi."
The first year only looked in confusion, 'Do your best? Is that English? Can I eat it?'
"Let's do our best, Furihata." Kuroko smiled at his fellow teammate but grew confused when he didn't see him.
"He doesn't even see Kuroko..." Fukuda mumbled, the rest of the bench looking in worry.
"Is he going to be okay?" Koganei asked.
