"Nae......she's into you...."

Renée looked at Towa in disbelief shaking her head
"no she doesn't"
Towa gave her a look
"you have to stop doing that every time someone is into you,you ruin it nae just maybe see if she does"
Renée got up from where she was sitting and started grabbing all her stuff

"i'm not ruining anything because there isn't anything" She said not convincing a single inch in Towa that she didn't
"right so if someone asked her on a date you wouldn't be jealous?"
Renée looked at Towa before standing up shrugging and quickly mumbling
"don't care"

After Towa and Renée spoke in the green room, Renée decided she would take her own uber back to the hotel and Towa walked back to the bus
"hey sorry i snapped at you guys earlier"
Lilah said as she watched Towa walk into the little living room area

"it's alright we sorta cornered you,everything okay?"
she opened the little fridge taking out a water bottle

"yeah im okay where is renée?" She asked a little worried she had said something bad earlier

"she took a uber back to the hotel, she's fine though so don't stress about what you said"
Lilah nodded with the extra confirmation from Towa before she nervously started playing with her rings

Towa quickly noticed as she used to do that before sitting next to her and grabbing her hand slowly

Lilah looked up sharing a look with her sending a soft smile
"what's going on Lilah?"
Towa asked softly as she continued to look at the girl
"what do you mean?"
"what's going on with you? in your mind?"

Lilah looked at their hands and thought for a second
She really had started to catch more than just friends feelings for Renée and she would never admit that but she always tends to mess relationships up so why would this one be any different?

"uhm nothing i just miss home that's all"
Towa looked at her trying to break into the walls she seem to have put up a little. but she couldn't get passed it

"right...have you called home?"
Lilah shook her head
"why?"
"i don't know im just too focused i feel like if i call if wanna hop on the first flight home"
she said now looking up meeting Towa's eyes
"well if you need anything i can help with you know to just tell me"
Towa continued to look at the brunette

"right?"
she asked as she didn't hear Lilah agree

She looked into her eyes before she felt something overcome her and before she knew it she was leaning into Towa

Towa didn't stop this and just looked at Lilah before whispering
"Lilah..."
"shh don't say anything..."
Lilah whispered and whined seconds their lips moved in sync with each others

This kiss didn't last long before Lilah pulled away ever so slowly with her eyes still shut Towa clear let her throat taking her hand back from holding Lilah's

"i should probably get my stuff"
Towa said unsure of the event that just took place

Lilah was looking into the distance zoned out after that had happened and hasn't said a word

"i'll see you in?"
Lilah nodded but still, keeping her gaze locked

Towa and everyone on the bus ended up leaving and going inside the hotel but Lilah was still sat at the sofa stuck in her seat

she reached over to her phone and found the phone number she needed to call

James.

"hey girl"
"james?"
"hey is everything okay?"
"no... i fucked it all i think..."
"what? what happened?"
"i kissed Towa"
"WHAT?!"
"i know i wasn't meant to she was just there and-"
"you don't kiss unless you think through it so why did you really kiss her?"
"she's the closest i can get to Renée..."
"dude you have to talk with her"
"and say what james?! hey i think ur kinda really hot let's go for dinner?"
"yes Lilah,that's what people do"
"whatever i gotta go anyways"
"alright b-"

Lilah was quick to hang up and throw her phone to the other sofa across from her and hold her face on her hand taking a deep breath

She heard three knocks by the door before hearing footsteps but not bothering to look up

"Lia? are you okay?"
She heard the blonde speak, how can you not recognise such a angelic voice,she sounded so worried though

Lilah looked up with her knees to her chest seeing Renée sat next to her where Towa previously was

"yeah just a little overwhelmed"
Renée looked over at Lilah who had a troubled look on her face

"what's on your mind baby?"
Renée softly asked knowing before she went a little overboard with asking too many questions

"i just can't have what i think i want"
She shrugged looking into her piecing blue eyes

"sometimes you just have to go some other way around and get it whist you still can"
she looked down at the brunette admiring her very faint freckles on her cheek

Lilah looked up meeting the blue eyed girl and for the second time today she felt a pair of lips against her own and this time they belonged to someone different

Renée had leaned down and connected their lips in a soft kiss almost as a understanding that they both seem to have been wanting this for a while

Renée softly placed her hand on the younger girl's cheek bring her ever so slightly closer to her

The kiss didn't get heated,it was soft and steady, they broke apart only when they needed air as Renée held her cheek keeping her a good distance.

"was this okay?"
Lilah smiled looking at her
"more than okay"

AN:I've never been so busy in my mf life this 6 AM - 9 PM days will not end well for me 😔😔
BUT since i haven't updated in a while i decided to skip some fillers i had in mind and get this done 🤭
