THE CANTEEN SEEMED a little noisy today, Ayesha could barely hear herself think. But maybe it wasn't a good idea to listen to her thoughts after all. She's been eyeing her burrito for a moment now, Ayesha was struggling to eat. To find appetite. She often was forcing herself to eat because those irregular meals she was eating once every two days couldn't keep up with her training anymore.

Ayesha loves burritos, she thought she missed the food at WLF, but now that it's in front of her, the delicious smell teasing her nostrils, she couldn't eat it.

"You gon' eat your burrito?" Jordan asks Ayesha, waking her up from her daydream.

"Huh?" Ayesha blinked.

"Jordan are you even listening?" Nora snapped, realizing her friend got his attention drawn away once again.

"Yeah, I am just asking Ayesha if she's gonna eat her burrito, chill."

The curly-haired woman straightens up before handing her burrito to Jordan.

"No, I am not hungry."

"You have your training today though." Abby says.

"I'll skip it." She answers, taking a sip of water, that's the least she could do.

Abby doesn't answer anything and simply sighs. Silence reigns on the table before Leah starts whispering something that Ayesha overhears.

"She's just missing her little old friends." She chuckled.

Ayesha's jaw clenched as her grip tightened around her tray. Ayesha looked up at her friends, hearing some of them stifling a laugh. Wow. She even swore she saw Abby smirking.

Ayesha simply stood up from the bench with her tray.

"I'll go to training, I'll see you guys later." Ayesha said, though she hoped she wouldn't see them at least until tomorrow morning.

She just wished they would feel a little empathic. But maybe it was too much to ask for.

Ayesha cleared her tray before leaving the canteen as she made her way to the training rooms.

And all she did for about six hours was punching the air, lifting up weights and other training stuff.

Training had become the only way for her to clear her mind, Joel's dead body and Ellie's screams kept haunting her nights and days, she hated all of it.

She suddenly heard the door open, Ayesha turned around before seeing Manny entering the room. Her eyebrows raised before she took off her boxing gloves. She sighed heavily before fixing her wet hair as she grabbed her water bottle. Manny closed the door behind him as he turned to Ayesha.

He admitted it, Ayesha looked really hot. He thought she was the hottest woman he's ever had in his bed.

"Hey." He managed to say.

Ayesha put her water bottle down.

"Hey." She answered walking to him.
