JOEL ASKED AYESHA to return Ellie's guitar picker, which she had forgotten at his house the other day. Ayesha couldn't refuse, so she took the picker and headed for Ellie's house. Ayesha arrived in front of the garage and knocked on the door, waiting a few moments before it opened.

Ellie appears, dressed in a gray hoodie and jeans. Her hair is tied up in a bun, as it always is. A smile lights up Ayesha's face as she speaks.

"Hey, Joel sent me to give this back to you."

Ellie runs her hand up the back of her neck before smiling slightly as the young woman hands her guitar picker to her. She takes it without flinching before looking up at Ayesha.

"Thank you... I thought I lost it, though I don't really use it."

Ayesha stifles a laugh, realizing that Ellie uses her fingers more often than the guitar strum. Her hand passes behind her neck nervously, and just as she's about to speak and leave, Ellie interrupts her.

"You wanna come in?" Ellie hesitates to ask.

Ayesha's eyebrows raise as her eyes meet Ellie's. The young woman doesn't know what to say; she's never been to Ellie's house before, never even knocked on her door. But after all, Ellie has been to Ayesha's house several times before.

"Are you sure? If you're busy I could just go and-"

"No, no. I am not busy, come in." Ellie cuts her off, opening the door a little more as she steps aside.

Ayesha begins to pick at her fingers before hesitantly entering the house, which is actually a garage, something Ayesha hadn't noticed before. There isn't much light, yet the house looks warm and welcoming. It's not the most charming house Ayesha has seen, but it's cute.

She's always loved seeing the inside of other people's homes, it's like entering someone's bubble and getting to know them only by looking at the inside of their house; whether it's how it's laid out, how it's arranged or the items on the shelves.

"Oh, woah..." Ayesha mumbles with a smile as she hears Ellie closing the door behind them.

It was a fairly simple two-room apartment, with furniture to the right of the door, followed by a sofa with a coffee table and a desk at the far end of the room, where the kitchen is next door, and a bathroom in the room to the right. Then there's a double bed stuck in the corner with several pieces of furniture around it. Ayesha takes off her shoes.

Something is suddenly catching her attention.

"No way, you got a whole huge ass TV? I am so jealous." She gasps.

"Yeah, I even got a PS3." They both walk to the TV as Ayesha takes a look at the video games scattered on the shelves.

Ayesha has stars in her eyes, it's been a long time since she's seen a video game console again.

"You're so lucky."

"Come on... You have a bigger house than me, I can at least have a TV and a playstation." Ellie chuckles.

Ellie had a point, the curly-haired young woman could only agree. Ayesha watched the lesbian walk away to her bedside table before placing the guitar picker on it, the instrument resting against the wall. Ayesha noticed a white moth on the neck.
