I wake up gasping for air, why am I gasping for air? I must've had a nightmare, but I don't remember it. Waking up from a nightmare is not something I was hoping I would start my day with today. Bean runs up the ramp to my bed and she starts to lick my hand

"Hi Bean, I'm ok" I say lifting Bean into my lap

I keep petting Bean until I see Caroline come into my room. I don't have any clothes put out on the bed for me yet, I woke up way earlier than I usually do. Caroline smiles at me and walks into my closet. She walks out with a dress that is a light red/pinkish dress. It has blue, white, and pink flowers on it. It has a white Peter Pan collar and a ribbon around the waist that is dark blue. She brings out a pair of white stockings also. With dark blue shoes and a dark blue headband out of my vanity.

"Is anyone up Caroline?" I ask

"No Miss Snow" Caroline says

I nod and she walks out of my room. I look at Bean and I smile

"No one's awake Bean, we can do whatever we want" I say to Bean

Bean wags her tail excitedly and licks my face

"I'm gonna get dressed and then we can take a walk and go to the post office to see if we have gotten any mail from the Covey" I say to Bean getting out of bed

I go and get the dress and stockings and I put them on and my shoes. I also brush out my hair and I put in my headband. I go and ring the bell on my side table and Caroline walks back in

"What do you need Miss Snow?" Caroline asks

"Could I have a jacket please?" I ask Caroline

She nods and picks out a jacket for me. I put it on and I walk out of my room with Bean without making any noise. I get Bean's leash and harness and I put it on her. I get one of her sweaters and I put it on her so she isn't cold when she goes outside. It is getting cold out since it is almost winter solstice it is super cold. I walk out the front door with Bean and we go down the elevator. We walk out the front door towards the post office. Directions come super easy to me so I know where mostly everything is around the Capitol now which is nice. I didn't tell anyone I was going out so I don't know how Lucy Gray or Coriolanus will react to this, but I'm just going to the post office and I have Bean with me. What's the worst that could happen? Well I could get kidnapped of killed, but that doesn't really matter now. I walk down the street with Bean and that is when it starts to snow. I love snow so much, it is my favorite thing ever. I look up and smile at the snow coming down. I think I will ask for a hat and gloves since my ears are cold and also my hands are. I keep walking towards the post office looking at all the shops I pass by. Most of them aren't open right now, but you can see people getting ready in their shops to open them up for everyone. I miss Feebee, the bakery that she and her dad ran was super good and I miss going there and hanging out with Feebee. She probably forgot me by now because we weren't friends for long before me and Lucy Gray disappeared into the woods and only came back a year later to get summoned by Coriolanus the day we got back from the cabin by the lake. I hope she didn't forget me because I definitely didn't forget her at all. After a while me and Bean arrive at the post office and we walk into it. the post office opens earlier than the other things here. I'm not sure why, but it comes in handy. Maybe so people can get their mail before work. I don't know though, but nobody gets mail to their house here. Everyone has to go to a post office near their house. I don't know how many post offices are in the Capitol I just know that there is one near our apartment. I walk up to the front desk and I ring the bell in the post office waiting for someone to come help me
