Powers and abilities: In his base demon form, Vector can create any weapon or gadget from his body as long as it's technological in nature. Ranging from laser guns, massive energy cannons, remote targeting missile launchers, if there's even a bit of tech in it, he'll make it. He has above average stats, especially endurance and strength.
Tech creation: Can create any piece of technology he wants from his body
Analytical thinking software: Allows him to come up with solutions and counters to any problem at the drop of a hat, but doesn't guarantee a win because its limited by his execution and abilities
Strength: Being mostly machine, he is much stronger than most sinner demons. Though he is nowhere near the level of Ramiel or other powerful beings

Charisma: Being an Overlord and having his large network of allies, Vector is extremely charismatic and charming so he has an easier time getting what he wants
Personality/Backstory: Before dying, Vector spent the last years of his life trying to escape the gang violence he grew up around. He tried to be good and being sent to Hell killed that sense of improvement in him. In his eyes, Hell is basically a round two of his old life, this time everything he wants to make the best of it. That means getting as much power as possible, and rising to the top of the food chain where he doesn't need to worry about anything. Typically, Vector is charismatic, calm, calculating and tough as nails. He's great at negotiating and getting what he wants, but he takes shit from no one and often casually insults his friends as a joke. Behind it all is a man who's spent most of his life with nothing and is afraid of losing everything he has in Hell, his status, his power, the woman he loves. As for his relationship with Velvette, there is a lot of teasing and mocking, but the two genuinely love and care for each other. Velvette often prioritizes Vector's wellbeing over the other Vees and Vector is extremely protective of Velvette. They both feel safe around each other and are willing to express themselves without the fear of being judged. Ramiel is easily Vector's best friend. Both understand the feeling of losing it all and the two always stand ready to help each other. There is no ill will about how Vector ended up in Hell and he often tries to get Ramiel to let go of his guilt. In contrast, Ramiel listens to Vector's own problems and provides support in any way he can.
