" Hameeda please pass the toast" Hamma shehu said.
We were having our large family breakfast and I was loving it, I missed it so much.
" Yusuf, can you take me to my appointment, Ahmad can't make it" I grinned hoping he will say yes.
" Maybe, maybe not, depends on my mood" He replied.
" Haba mana, see you have to" I said.
" Oya now we will see" He nodded.
I finished my food early and took my plate to the kitchen. These days I have been having less appetite and more crazy cravings.
I went upstairs to take a shower because my appointment was at 1 and it was already 12.
I got out and chose a magenta abaya with some diamonds on it. I chose a matching veil and put on my crocs.
Crocs has been the only thing that I have been wearing these days.
I was worried that if I put it on, it will be tight around my waist but it fit perfectly.
Nadiya once told me that if you only see my face, you won't think I'm pregnant.I went straight to Yusuf's room and surprisingly, he was dressed in cargo pants and Man U Jersey.
" Oh thank god ka yi wanka" I sat on his couch. ( you bathed)
" Yh well I decided to be nice today" He stood up.
" Well that's good now let's go"
I told mummy we were going out and we left.
We got to Deda hospital in 15 minutes and I went to my OB-GYN's office and she examined me.
" Hameedah things are looking good with the baby but it's you I'm worried about, you're loosing weight quickly and if you don't stop, it might affect the baby" Dr Haowa said. She has been my doctor from the beginning and is always checking up on me.
" I have no appetite, I feel nauseated when I see food so I just stick to my kunu and custard" I replied honestly.
" This happens during pregnancy so I'll give you something to help with the nausea, other than that, I advise you take a walk, maybe in the evening, that will help with bringing the babies' head to position because you have one more week" she smiled
