You can't find me

Chapter 24

"Open the goddamn door!" I yell at him while tugging on the lock. 

He just sits there in his expensive suit observing me. 

Fine. I'll just do it my way then. 

I turn my back to him and crouch on the ground of the carriage. 

"Aperta comae." I say to the door. 

When I try opening it, it opens!

I'm about to hurl myself out of a speeding carriage but Alexander uses a spell to bolt it shut.

"Stop messing around and sit on the seat like a civilized person." he says in a pissed off tone behind me.

That would mean I would have to face him and no way did I want to do that. 

I curl myself up into a ball on the ground and rest my head against the door. 

 It doesn't take me that long to fall asleep.

Alexander's POV

I sigh looking at her disheveled form on the ground. 

She looked like someone who had just been to the club or was part of it. It enraged me that she so carelessly would have gone back into that street and everyone around her would have seen her like that. 

With her heated cheeks, swollen lips and the very little clothing that covered her. 

I wasn't sure where I should have taken her after making sure she wouldn't be getting a ride from her friends. I had watched how well she was performing at the academy in her studies and mage skills. I bet there was more to how she was getting so capable of beating such talented war partners. 

Like the one I had sent to fight her for her exam...

I had no fucking clue she would have been able to beat him. But I had told him if at any moment he knew it was over for him, nobody could know I had sent him. Never thought he would actually have to save himself though. 

Which is why he put a spell on himself that day and there was little to no trace for the instructors to find out who he was. Other than that he was a "student" who aligned with Auroras capabilities. 

What irritated me the most was that he wasn't a fucking student. But rather a trainee solider who was part of our royale guards school.

I came upon the idea of taking her to my house that was near the academy. 

Glancing at my clock it would still be an hour till we reached. 

Should I put her on a seat? I mean she would just fall off of it the carriage came to a stop. So the ground it was... 

An incoming call from Cas pops up on my arm. 

I accept it. 

"Hey man. How you handling her? Or did she escape you as well?" he whispers. 

"She fell asleep after hollering on the top of her lungs the second we got in. Why you whispering?" 

"Damn man who wouldn't be if you fuckin kidnap them.. Her friend is in the other room so that's why I am." 

"Where are you?" I question. 

"At yours. You coming over?"

"Of course I am. Leave before I come over. I'm bringing her with me." 

"Woah there! She's a nice person Alex, please don't mess with her. There's enough people you can screw with-

"Shut up Cas. I'm not doing any of that. She's just not in a good state right now. I don't want to attract any attention taking her back to where she stays."
