Saya strolled through the corridors of the mansion, her steps muffled by the plush carpet beneath her feet. Her thoughts were scattered like leaves in the wind due to the concern she had for the man she loved. Was he eating well? Was he sleeping well?  Was he taking care of his health? Day and night her heart ached in worry for Jungkook knowing how careless he could be without her around.

As she passed one of the lounging rooms she caught the faint sound of voices echoing from it, especially her name being taken was quite evident. Curiosity piqued so she paused, her slender frame hidden partially by the door leading into the chamber.

Within, two maids moved with practiced efficiency, dusting delicate porcelain figurines and polishing gleaming surfaces. Their hushed whispers filled the room as they repeatedly took her name, mocking her.

"That witch clearly thinks she's so much better than us, just because she's the master's wife. To be honest, she is not even that pretty. I really don't understand what Master sees in her.  I feel so bad for him" murmured one of the maids, her tone laced with resentment as she carefully rearranged a vase of fresh flowers.

Saya's eyebrows raised in amazement hearing them calling her degrading names. She leaned herself against the wall, hidden in the shadows, entertaining herself from the scene unfolding before her.

The second maid who was slightly older chuckled darkly, her eyes flashing with a hint of satisfaction. "She's nothing but a spoiled brat, always disrespecting his excellency and never fulfilling her wifely duties. She can't even give him an heir.  Just wait until he gets tired of her, we'll see how high and mighty she really is."

She tilted her head, listening intently to their gossip. It was refreshing to hear what people actually thought about her behind her back.

The first maid who looked like she was in her early twenties nodded in agreement, her features twisted with envy. "To be honest, If I were to be given a chance, I would be a much better wife to him than her. I  am young, beautiful and healthy. I would give him the son he wants so much"

Saya's laughter bubbled up inside her, a melodic sound that filled the air with its warmth. Straightening her posture, Saya stepped into the room, her presence drawing the startled gazes of the maids. They froze, their faces drained of color as they turned to face her, their expressions a mixture of guilt and fear.

"Good morning, ladies," she greeted them with a serene smile.

"I couldn't help but overhear your conversation. It's truly fascinating to see so many people willing to serve my husband, to fill the emptiness I caused" The maids blanched, their cheeks flushing with embarrassment as they realized they had been caught in the act.

"Don't worry, I harbor no ill towards you. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, in fact, I believe you should be given a chance," Saya mentioned with so much calmness baffling the maids.

The maids exchanged bewildered glances, their expressions a mixture of surprise and confusion at Saya's unexpected response.

"Why don't you serve tea to Taehyung? He's in his study room right now. Take this as your golden opportunity," Saya suggested with a gentle smile, her eyes gleaming with mischief.

The maids stared at her in disbelief, their minds reeling at the sudden turn of events. They had expected anger or retribution, not this unexpected act of kindness.

Stepping closer to the younger maids she placed a hand on her shoulder, "I have some clothes that I believe Taehyung might like. Why don't you borrow them? Who knows, it might help you seduce him."

The maids blinked in astonishment, speechless at Saya's generosity and willingness to extend a helping hand despite their earlier gossip. She gave the younger maid an encouraging nudge before signaling her to follow her.  Intrigued and slightly apprehensive, the maid obeyed, trailing behind Saya as she made her way through the labyrinthine corridors of the mansion. They eventually arrived at Saya's lavish dressing room, a sanctuary of elegance and luxury.
