Today I was not feeling well so I had time to edit chapters. I will be posting all of them one by one since I don't know when I will get a chance to post them again. But do comment and vote. I love reading your comments and reactions.

As Taehyung and Saya arrived at the room where the intruder was being restrained, Saya's heart pounded in her chest with a mixture of dread and uncertainty. She silently prayed to god not to forsake her and to protect him from Taehyung's wrath.  Each step she took towards the room was like torture to her. She wasn't prepared heck she didnt even know what this was all about. This wasn't part of their plan so what was he doing here?  She pondered hard on how could she save him when they were in their enemy terrain. And as she entered the room, she took a deep breath preparing herself to face what lay before her.

When the figure that was bound and forced into his knee came into her view her heart sunk into the depth of her stomach. He appeared roughed off, clearly mishandled by the guards restraining him as if he were some kind of criminal.

"Jimin..." Saya breathed, her voice barely above a whisper as she took in the sight of her ex-lover.

Taehyung's gaze flickered from Jimin to Saya, and a tumult of emotions roiled within him. The sight of Saya's trembling form, only served to stoke the flames of his jealousy, igniting a fierce inferno deep within his chest.

Meeting the man he hated with every fiber in his muscle after years, he was barely able to control himself to stay poised. His jaw twitched as he struggled to contain the rising tide of anger and insecurity threatening to engulf him. He couldn't bear the thought of Saya still caring for Jimin,  despite everything they had been through together.

Jimin's eyes locked with Saya's for a moment, a flicker of relief passed between them before Taehyung's calm voice cut through the tension like a knife. "Well, well, what do we have here?" he remarked, his voice dripping with subtle menace.

Jimin's lips twisted into a smirk as he met Taehyung's gaze head-on. "Why? Can't I come and visit my brother in my own house?" he replied, his tone unapologetic, his words dripping with arrogance.

Taehyung's jaw clenched visibly at Jimin's flippant response, his eyes narrowing with thinly veiled frustration. "Sneaking like a thief hardly seems like the behavior of a brother," he retorted, his voice cool and controlled despite the underlying tension.

"You've forced my hand, little brother," Jimin's voice dripped with sarcasm as he spoke.

"But surely you're overjoyed to see me again? It's nothing short of a miracle that I survived your relentless pursuit, despite the army of assassins you dispatched after me." As Jimin uttered those words, Saya recoiled, wrenching her hand away from Taehyung's grasp.

Taehyung squeezed his eyes shut recalling one crucial detail: the hit he had sanctioned on his half-brother's name six years ago that remained valid to date while assuring his wife he wouldn't touch Jimin as he was no longer relevant.
