Chapter 16: Kaitos apology

Kokichi pov:

Oh man oh man oh man. Since when did Kaede get so...weird?? Also I completely forgot that today was the first of April. I hate it. I missed my only chance to prank someone without needing dumb excuses. I sighed and then suddenly got a message. It was Shuichi. I looked at my phone for a second, before I opened the message.

Shuichi: hey kokichi..well I have a small question. Would it be alright if we talk to Kaito tomorrow? He really wants to talk to us.

I was confused, but it would make sense for Kaito saying that. I mean who would want to have a fight with their best friend for more than 3 days. So I just accepted and wanted to write back:
/hm, Sure Shumai! Completely fine with that, but ooooonly if you promise me to go out with me./

Wait.
I can't just write that now, can I? I shook head flustered

Kokichi pov:

Kokichi: Of course Shumai! completely fine with that, I'm just hoping that he won't try to convince you.

Shuichi: I hope so too, but okay then. Let's just meet in front of the school tomorrow in our big break.

Kokichi: alrighty.

I sighed and put my phone away. Now that I really think about it..I could have wrote it. I mean if he would have rejected me, I could just say that it was a joke. Gosh I'm so stupid sometimes, but maybe that's because I'm in „Love". I mean Love makes people blind and dumb..hmm..yeah could be right, since I feel completely dumb lately. Well..doesn't matter.
I lied down and wanted to sleep. But I couldn't really stop thinking about him. Believe me that's the most annoying thing ever. I shouldn't even be sure that I can trust him, but oh well.

Shuichi pov:

Okay so he agreed, that's great!! That means we're gonna talk to Kaito tomorrow..I don't know why but I also feel a bit nervous. It's weird, but I'm not used to having a fight with him, so I really hope that he apologizes, because if he doesn't then I still won't talk to him. Why is everything so complicated? Gosh...
Then suddenly something else slips my mind. Is kokichi really fine with the meeting? I mean..he is always smiling and agreeing but..no! I shouldn't think like that. He is alright..right?
