Keitaro's schedule was pretty simple, learn about stuff in the morning, go on missions in the afternoon, and meditate before going to bed. This process went on for a while but Keitaro didnt seem to mind it. He continued his research on the creature, learning more and more about how the Jikinki body works.

"Akane comes out, "Keitaro said as suddenly a white fox was seen coming out of his necklace. She purred a bit as she pressed herself against his chest. She seems to be pretty content."I got something for you to feast on," Keitaro said as what seemed to be a small piece of the Jikinki was offered to her.

She walked toward it before sniffing it a bit...She then took a bite out of it and Keitaro watched as her curse energy reserves grew massively. He sighed to himself a bit upon noticing that. His resources weren't in vain after all. After a few days of being a curse energy nerd and learning more about the creature, he was finally able to purify it somewhat...

More like he exercised the curse soul and kept the body, as thing stood this piece of meat was an empty husk full of curse energy. Keitaro had made sure to liberate all the souls that were within the Jikinki...he also figured out why the creature had so many curse techniques. The human body and a cursed body work differently and also the creature had multiple souls in his body, he forced each soul into the burden of carrying one curse technique, and considering he had absorbed so many he probably had a lot of them.

It was either that or the curse technique of the person he had eaten stayed with that person's soul.... thus granting it to him. This was some confusing soul stuff, though from his memory curse technique tends to stay with the body and not the soul. If a person were to die and someone else occupied their body then that person would have their Ct, so why was it different in the case of this curse?

Was it because it absorbed the person's entire soul and body or because that was the curse spirit trait?

So many questions and so few answers...his eyes then wandered toward Akane who seemed to be enjoying eating the creature's corpse.
Keitaro made sure her soul wasn't corrupted and it was left untouched, over 5 hours, Keitaro slowly started to feed Akane more and more part of this cursed spirit.
He made sure to be careful as he did so and Akane trusted him and thus ate the food that he was offering.

The second she was done feasting on the last piece of the creature, Keitaro watched in amazement as another tail grew, she had now 4 tails.
As she turned around to look at her tails, she looked incredibly happy as she jumped around in excitement before jumping on him and proceeding to lick his face over and over again in a show of happiness.

"Aren't you a good girl," he said looking at Akane who smiled at him before licking his face once again.
She licked his face once more before she started making some squeaking sounds.

"You want to show me something," Keitaro said looking at the fox to which she nodded.
He lowers himself to the floor and lets her go on her own.
She started walking around his room before she looked at somewhere in particular.

Keitaro followed her gaze before noticing something weird.

"Since when did I put my kunai here" Keitaro said as he saw his Kunai laying on the bed.
He looked confused as he clearly remembered placing them inside their respective spot.
He sighed to himself a bit as he walked toward the kunai and picked it up before placing it back where it belonged, in his storage scroll.

A squeaking sound was heard as Keitaro's gaze went back to his fox companion, she had what seemed to be a smug grin on her face much to Keitaro's confusion.
"Huh.." Keitaro said before feeling something was wrong.
His eyes immediately went toward the item he was carrying as his eyes landed on them he realized something....

He was holding a pair of boxers.......his eyes went toward Akane who just started to give some happy noise as she went toward him and seemed to be demanding his affection.
He grabbed his companion and started patting her head.
Much to her happiness.

"You did this didnt you," Keitaro said looking at Akane as she just nodded her head happily as she looked at him.
Keitaro looked at her amazed....it felt so real, everything inside felt so real....he really should have expected that his Kitsune companion would have some illusion-based ability.
After all, Kitsune was quite known for its illusionary abilities.

To think he was tricked this easily...He looked down at Akane before saying "Mind doing another for me, pretty please"
The fox yawned in his arms before suddenly the world of Keitaro changed, he seemed to be inside jujutsu high...

It felt so real, his sensation, his touch, his hearing, his vision, the air hitting his face, the sound of the birds in the background.....the scenery.
It was all too real...Keitaro however snapped out of it before looking at his curse energy to see if something was wrong......he noticed it in his brain.

Something was being messed with.

A/N....who could have expected that the Kitsune companion would awaken Kitsune theme ability...what a shocker.
