The ultimate sacrifice

Another day another death eater meeting. Teen death eaters Draco Malfoy, Blaise Zabini and Lorenzo Berkshire sat with the top death eaters waiting for the dark lord and his son Mattheo. The three boys were friends with Mattheo but couldn't act like friends around Voldemort. After waiting what seemed like a life time the Lord finally arrived with his son by his side. The Lord wasn't in a good mood, he shoved his son down in to a seat "it seems my young followers and my own son are incapable of following my orders so I will have to make some changes. Show them in." A death eater opened a door and in walked Mattheo's mortal enemy Sophia Nott and her brother Theo. Sophia's eyes met Mattheo's and his eyes were full of death.
"Ah welcome so nice of you to join us this evening." Sophia gave a faint smile "we are grateful for the invitation my lord. What did you require of us?" Voldemort got up and stood behind his teenage followers and his son "you know these boys yes?" Sophia felt dread in the pit of her stomach. "Yes they are in our year at Hogwarts" the lord moved to stand right behind his son. "Sophia it seems these boys don't know how to follow my orders and short of killing them I need to get them in line and that's where you come in. These boys including my son and your brother are to work under you. You will be incharge of them and ensure they complete there tasks." Sophia was enraged and tried to hide her anger as best she could. "My lord I have the utmost respect for you and would be honoured to assist your cause but I'm not a babysitter. Me and your son absolutely despise each other there will be to many fights and he will never listen to me. He's to arrogant, self centered and egotistical to listen, all he cares about is drinking, smoking and having sex with as many girls as he can. That's probably why he's failing his tasks." Mattheo was enraged and slammed his hand on the table and stormed over to her, he was about to hit her but Theo caught his hand. "You lay a finger on my sister and you won't live long enough to regret it, got that Riddle." Sophia smirked "my apologies my lord I left out the part where your son spends most of his time in detention for getting in to fights with my brother. Theo hates Mattheo more than I do. This team will never work, there has to be another way or the only way it will end is in disaster." The dark lord stopped in front of his son and went in to his head. "What do you have to say for yourself boy, every word she speaks is true. You should be ashamed of your actions!" The dark lord hit his son across the face. "EXPLAIN YOURSELF BOY!" Mattheo stood there unable to speak while Sophia now felt a little guilty. "My lord if I may?" He nodded for her to continue "as much as I absolutely despise your son I don't believe beating him or torturing him would help right now. If he has tasks to do it will be done better if he is at full health and one thing I've learned about teenage boys is no matter how much you try and knock some sense in to them, they never listen. The more you tell him not to do it, the more he'll do it." Voldemort thought over her words. "Fine I won't hurt him this time, this is your final warning Mattheo. Change your ways or the suffer the consequences. Sophia the reason I want you to lead the five boys is because I believe your the only one capable enough to do it. If you agree I will have your brother as your second, so he can make sure my son stays in line and doesn't try to harm you again. You have until tomorrow evening to make a decision. You will all stay here tonight and return to Hogwarts after tomorrow's meeting." They were all dismissed and she went straight to the room she was given and locked the door. She flopped face down on the bed and screamed in to her pillow. "Believe me that doesn't help." Sophia ended up falling off the bed from the fright of hearing a voice in her locked room. The person came over and helped her up "sorry didn't mean to make you jump" she looked at the boy with nothing but anger behind her eyes "how did you get in here Mattheo and since when did you apologise" He sat down on the bed next to her. "Since you almost got me killed then instantly stepped in to stop my father when he hurt me. No one has ever stepped in to help me from my father before. My room is next door so I climbed over the railing between the balconies." Sophia didn't really know how to respond, she sat and stared at her feet. "Sophia I'm sorry for all the shit I put you and Theo through over the years. I know it will take time but I hope we can all get along and maybe one day you can forgive me." He headed towards the window and was about to climb out "I'm scared Mattheo" Sophia's voice was starting to break. He sat on the bed again and opened his arms. She didn't hesitate, she climbed straight on to his lap and he held her tightly as she took the mask off. She always pretended to be a tough person but she had pretended to long and the cracks were showing. He layed back on her bed and held her till her eyes were red and puffy from crying so much. "Sophia I know your about to apologise for crying but don't bother because you don't need to. I'm surprised you lasted this long before having a break down I had mine three weeks ago. Clearly your stronger than me. Please let me help you. Agree to my father's wishes and when we get back to school we can make a plan okay?" Sophia nodded in to his chest still sniffling and wiping her tears away. They talked until Sophia fell asleep in his arms.
The next day Sophia agreed to the Dark Lords plan and was now incharge of his teenage death eaters. For the first few months they learned to work together and everything was going smoothly until they threw a complication in to the plan. Sophia and Mattheo had fallen in love and to top it all off Sophia was pregnant. They knew what they had to do. They requested a meeting with the order of the phoenix and surprisingly they agreed. When they arrived there wands were confiscated. They sat on one side of the table and the order along with Potter and his friends sat on the other. Remus Lupin spoke for the order and Mattheo spoke for his group. "What is it you want from us. A bit suspicious the dark Lords son and his followers request a meeting with us?" Lupin asked. "We wouldn't be here if there was another way but we need your help, we don't know to do." Mattheo fought back a lump in his throat thinking about Sophia and the baby. "What is you need help with, it must be important before you came to us." Mattheo looked to Sophia "for the last several months we've secretly been trying to find a way to escape my father but to no avail, we were about to give up hope but then we got some news that made it even more important to get away. Its Sophia's she's pregnant and if my father finds out he will kill her and probably her brother as well. Knowing him he would probably kill me to for getting her pregnant in the first place. We don't want our baby to have to the upbringing we did. We want to raise our baby in a happy loving home but we can't do that if he finds out. If you can protect Sophia I can give you the location of every single horcrux and tell you everything my father is planning right now." Molly Weasley requested to confirm the pregnancy and discovered it to be true. The order agreed to take Sophia in and fake her death at least until Voldemort was dead. Mattheo and boys agreed to help Potter find and destroy the horcrux's while also spying on Voldemort who thankfully believed Sophia was dead.
Time skip and Sophia was now eight and a half months pregnant and she hadn't heard from the boys in over a month and hadn't seen them in over two months. Potter brought no news of the boys where abouts whenever he visited or wrote and she was beginning to panic which was not good for the baby.
She was in the kitchen turning to leave and when she got to the doorway she dropped the glass of water she was holding when she saw a blood covered Mattheo standing in the hallway. She was frozen in place as she stared at him. She knew by the look on his face that someone was dead but before she could even say anything she was doubled over in agony and screaming pain. She could hardly stand the pain was so bad. Molly along with Bill's wife Fluer came running. Mattheo was unable to move, with to many emotions going on in his head and wanting to help Sophia but being to scared to he collapsed right as Arthur and Bill weasley arrived. They took mattheo upstairs and tended to his injuries and got him cleaned up while Molly and Fluer took Sophia to her room, It was time the baby was coming. While she was screaming in pain she got a strange feeling in her heart, it was like someone had tied a string round it and was tugging it all different directions then she realised she couldn't feel Theo's connection anymore. She knew now why Mattheo looked like a ghost, her brother was dead. She screamed and cried from both the pain and knowing her twin was dead. Mattheo woke up to her agonising screams and went running. He lifted her on to his lap and she wailed in to his chest "he's gone isn't he, I can't feel him anymore." Mattheo tried and failed to hold back tears "I'm sorry Soph, Enzo died trying to protect Theo and then me and Theo came face to face with my father and my father was going to kill me but Theo stepped in the way and took the spell. Before he died he told me that the baby needed a dad more than an uncle. He said the best gift he could give his niece or nephew is the gift of having a father so our baby can have a better life than we did." Sophia screamed in pain as time got nearer, she lay back down and tried to prepare herself for what was about to come. "I hate Theo for leaving me but I know he did it for the baby. I don't want to mourn him and Enzo I want to celebrate the time we had with them."
Before Mattheo could respond Molly screamed "I SEE A HEAD!" Sophia pushed and pushed and eventually "its a boy!" Molly shouted. The baby was quickly put in a nappy and placed on Sophia's chest as her and Mattheo cried tears of joy. "Well princess what would you like to call him." She didn't even need to think about it. "Theodore Lorenzo Riddle" Mattheo kissed her deeply "im sure the boys would of loved it. I love you so much princess and I'm so proud of you." She kissed him back as Mattheo took a hold of baby Theo "I love you to handsome."

Mattheo and Sophia ended up being taken in by the Weasley family who they forever remained close to. With Sophia's twin Theo dead and George Weasleys twin Fred also dead, it left both Sophia and George with the same pain. They became close friends and helped each other through there grief.

Mattheo and Sophia got married and had five more children. Upon little Theo Enzo Riddle joining Hogwarts he was told the stories of the sacrifices his namesakes made and the heroism and bravery they showed. As little Theo stood in the Slytherin common room talking to the portraits of his uncle Theo and honorary uncle Enzo, his little heart was full of pride and joy knowing the strong family he has. His two uncles heroism and sacrifices and his parents unwavering strength and determination to bring him safely in to the world made little Theo proud to be a Riddle.
