Adams pov
I took a deep breath before heading into the studio.
"Whatever why she's treating you you deserve it"
I clenched my fist. What does she know.
"Hello darling" eve appeared, stroking my face "I missed you honey. How have you been"
"Good" I muttered, surprised by her sudden kindness.
"I'm glad" she kissed my forehead "now you get to work and afterwards we can have a little talk about you moving back in"
"Alright" I sighed. I should have known. It's just a ploy to get me to move back in with her. Does she really think I'm that stupid?
I looked over at the camera with a grimace. I hate performing in front of that thing. Sex is supposed to be a private thing before you go and brag to your friends of course. It's not supposed to be shown across the world but this is my life now.
I laid down on the bed, ready to perform when Lucifer walked in.
I rushed over and grabbed him by the shoulders "what in the ever loving fuck are you doing here!" I yelled at him.
"You were upset. I wanted to make sure you were ok"
"Well I'm fine so please get the fuck out of here before-"
"Lucifer?" I stiffened up. Eve was standing behind me.
"Fuck" I muttered as she approached him.
"What brings you to my humble abode your highness" her voice dripped with venom.
"Oh I just came to check on Adam. He was upset this morning you see" he explained.
She shot me a glare before turning back to him "he's fine. If he was upset about anything it's being apart from his darling wife"
"Of course" Lucifer nodded understandingly "I'm sure Adam misses you alot but I want you to know that Adams making incredible progress in his rehabilitation-"
"Rehabilitation?" Eve cocked an eyebrow. Lucifer yelped in realisation. I stiffened up, he didn't.
"Now eve Adam was going to tell you about it. We just needed time to see if it would work-"
"Adam my room now" she ordered me. I silently followed her, knowing I was in for a world of hurt.
