Lucifer's pov

"Ok, I have my warm weather clothes and my cold weather clothes. I have a light jacket, flak jacket and rain jacket- wait, does it rain in Heaven? I haven't been home in ages I can hardly remember"

"Lucifer, you're only going to heaven for a few hours" Lilith shook her head fondly.

"Lilith, we are only going to heaven for a day" I stood up excitedly "and I want to be prepared! It's our last chance to convince heaven that a soul can be redeemed.

"Yeah, I wish I could come, sweetie, but I have that…thing"

"What thing?" I tilted my head.

"The thing with the.. thing uhm.. fuck I'm such a bad liar" she facepalmed "I'm sorry honey. I just don't think I can face going back there"

I took her hand "lily, you're my partner, I need you there with me" I gave her a pleading look.

She sighed  "alright, I'll go back for you my love"

"Yes!!" I hugged her with a grin. I'm so glad to have my wife by my side.

"Fuck" Adam groaned as he returned from work.

"Everything alright uncle Adam?" Charlie looked up from her phone.

"Yeah I'm fine kiddo, just exhausted" he ruffled her hair "eve been overworking me ever since the Lucifer fiasco. Probably her sick idea of a punishment"

"Bitch" Lilith tightened her fist. It's nice to see how protective she's become of him.

It's the that the sound of several gunshots rang out. We looked over to see the bullets formed into a perfect circle in the wall. The wall was kicked down, revealing a spider demon.

"Hey angel!" Adam waved to him excitedly.

"Adam!" He ran over and hugged him "how are you? That bitch still giving you trouble?"

"Like you wouldn't believe" he groaned "how'd you find me?"

"Well you didn't make it easy ya fucking asshole!" He playfully punched his arm "now that I have found you though I'm dragging you out for a-"

"Responsible night on the town" I interrupted "hi I'm Lucifer. It's so nice to meet one of Adams friends. He never brings anyone around"

"Wonder why" he chuckled.

"Yeah me too" I nodded, causing him to give me a deadpan look "anyway these guys have been working really hard and deserve a fun night out"

"Hey I'm only here for Adam. The rest of youse can-" he paused as I put some money in his hands "never mind let's go!"

"Adam" I placed my hands on his shoulder "watch my daughter with your life. Cause if anything happens to her it will be your life"

"Got it" he nodded nervously before turning to Charlie "you old enough to drink kid?"

"You mean in human years or angel demon hybrid years" she asked.

"You're not drinking" Lilith said sternly.

"Buzzkill" Adam whispered to her, making her giggle. Okay now I'm a little worried!

"Oh that's it!" I gasped as the portal open "ok be safe everyone bye!" I picked Lilith up over my head and headed inside.

"Wow we're really here" I felt a wave of nostalgia as I arrived in heaven's entrance. It all feels so painfully fermillier.

"Hi there how can I help you"

"Hi Peter!" I waved to him.

"Oh fuck!" He stumbled back in shock before letting out a nervous laugh "hi buddy. I'm not sure you're supposed to be here"

"It's alright saint Peter" my brother Raphael arrived alongside a young boy who looked vaguely fermillier "he's permitted to be here this one"

"Hi there" the young boy leaned forward "do you recognise me?"

"Kinda" I muttered.

"Cause I heard a lot about you big brother" his eyes sparkled excitedly.

"Azreal!" My eyes lit up as I grabbed his hands "oh my gosh you've gotten so big. I haven't seen you since you were a baby"

"I've been looking forward to meeting you. Just between you and me my other brother's are super boring" he whispered to me, making me giggle. He's a mischievous little guy, I think I'm going to like this kid.

"Azreal don't get too close to him" Raphael pulled him away "Lucifer I would rather you didn't influence our nieve younger brother"

"Come on raphy he's only going to be here a day. What's the harm in showing him around" he gave him his best puppy dog eyes.

He sighed "fine"

"Alright" azreal cheered.

Dearly beloved" St Peter flew above us "it's our pleasure to say onto thee. Welcome to heaven ahhh" the gates of heaven opened, revealing a literal paradise "where the virtuous reside, twenty four seven ahhh. Where people are happy that they died. Cause here we got no worries, no turmoil, no strive. It's a perfect afterlife!"

"Welcome to heaven ohhh check out our sick decor" we looked around to see heaven's resident having the time of our life "the spirits leaven ohhhh! Please keep your brimstone off the floor. We've got the best and brightest, the politest of the lot. And everyone is hotttt!"

"Gosh I'm so pleased to show my big brother around" azreal sung happily "after I show you around you'll never want to go back down" he took my hands, causing Lilith to glare at him. Still untrusting of angels I see.

"Of course it is only temporary" Raphael placed a hand on my shoulder "we're sorry you can't stay" sure you are!

"Cause every single day in heaven is a happy day" azreal and Peter danced together in the air before landing on their feet "welcome to heaven!"

Michael's pov

I headed down with able, drinking a soda I bought after our day of planning at McDonald's. Once I saw azreal excitedly showing off heaven to Lucifer I spat my drink out.

"Is that who I think it is?"

"What the fuck are they doing here" able growled.

"I don't know but I'm going to find out" I growled as I marched up to him.

"Sir stop!" Able stood in the way "it's not a good idea to fight here in front of civilians"

"Beats waiting for the extermination" I growled.

"Shh" he covered my mouth "what was your brother's one rule"

I groaned "no one but the exterminators are to know about the extermination okay fine. Don't fucking soosh me kid!"

"You'd be wise to listen to your subordinate Michael" Raphael appeared, sending us to his chambers.

"I hate when you do that raph" I growled.

"Don't start with me Michael. I'm already furious with you" he glared at me.

"What did I do" I yelled.

"You failed to shut down Lucifer and now he's up here causing problems. Sort this out now!" He said sternly before disappearing.

Great. Not what the fuck am I supposed to do!
