𝑃𝐸𝐴𝑅𝐿 𝐶𝑂𝑁𝑆𝑇𝐴𝑁𝑇𝐿𝑌 𝐹𝐸𝐿𝑇 𝐿𝐼𝐾𝐸 she was babysitting these idiotic lemmings that follow Kai around like he's Jesus H. Christ reborn. Pearl had to make all their bags for them with the resources they would need to carry out the murders for the Night of a Thousand Tates. It was tonight, the next step in Kai's movement, but it couldn't get that far.
Pearl was seeing how close everything was getting to actual chaos, so she needed to put an end to it. However, she too needed Ally to feel like she was in charge. Pearl knew very well that Ally was the mole, it wasn't difficult to figure out. No one ever steals from Pearl and if someone manages to, it's because they know something or have been poking around.
Ally was the one who kept coincidentally finding everything, including the fact that Speedwagon was working for the state police. She knew that Ally would follow in his footsteps, it was the only thing she could do.
It was a good thing that the state police accept the Allmother as their lord and saviour.
Pearl was braced, prepared for this night, but not for what Kai believed to be happening. She had to play along.
Pearl had finished hanging out all of the kill tools that everyone needed to carry out this plan. She did take note that Ally was nowhere to be found -- a good sign. Kai, in the meantime, was trying to psych everyone up and get them ready. "Tonight is the night. Open your backpacks, we're going to assemble your kill kits. The lovely, beautiful, and perfect Pearl Anderson has made them all for you, but I want you to know where everything is and make sure nothing is broken or in need of replacing. Now, Ka-Bar?"
"Check!" The men all yelled in unison, prepared to hold up each object as they were spoken out.
"A change of clothes. Bring your bloody clothes back with you to be burned in the victory bonfire." Kai called out.
"Check!" They all yelled back simultaneously.
"Chloroform and a rag to soak it in. This is especially important for you guys dealing with multiple targets like the Lamaze class. I know Pearl taught the few of you how to use it, so remember those techniques."
