        𝐴𝐿𝐿𝑌 𝑊𝐴𝑆 𝑄𝑈𝐼𝑇𝐸 𝐶𝑂𝑁𝐶𝐸𝑅𝑁𝐸𝐷 about Winter since she seemed to be so hung up on Ivy. She and everyone else in the movement was aware that Ally had murdered her wife, but there was no real love there -- there was between Winter and Ivy. Winter too had been questioning Kai a lot with his trust towards Ally. They trusted Ally, even Pearl, she had proven herself. Winter was the one slipping away.

Ally and Pearl had gone to find Kai to speak with him so that they could make sure he was alright. He had been on edge for a little while, progressively getting worse, which they could see when they walked downstairs and found Kai tearing the basement apart. He seemed to be looking for something. "Angel Eyes, Ally and I need to talk to you."

"Do you hear that? That low buzz?" Kai rushed over to them, shushing them and motioning for them to listen. The two girls waited a moment, but heard nothing. Pearl looked to Ally to see if she knew what he was talking about, but she shook her head. "No, I'm sorry. We don't."

"Listen, it's here! It's here." Kai held his wife's arms and forced her to listen, shaking her a bit, but there was still nothing. Kai was far too convinced. "It's here, right? You hear it?"

"Kai-"

"I'm gonna find it." Kai interrupted before she could say anything more than his name. Kai moved away from his wife and kept rushing around the room, looking in every nook and cranny to find this so-called buzzing sound.

Ally hoped to be able to divert his attention, "Look, Kai, after everything that happened, I cannot be paired with Winter. It's just...it's not possible. We were thinking that instead, maybe Pearl and I-"

"Shh! How can you not hear that?! You don't hear that?! How can you not hear that?" Kai spoke quickly as he just about flipped the coffee table. Pearl was greatly worried by his frantic state, it was not like him whatsoever. Kai is passionate and determined, but never paranoid. "Kai, are you okay?"

"I told you, Dollface, it's the buzz. They planted something." Kai repeated, trying to get his wife to understand what he was saying, but she could not keep up with his mind rushing everywhere. "Who? What are you talking about?"
