Enid's pov:

Enid has no idea what is going on between you and Wednesday. Ever since the archery contest you both did and you won, things have changed drastically. And not in the positive way she had hoped it would be between you two. Something clearly happened the night after the archery contest for she heard Wednesday sneak out of the room after curfew and then coming back smelling like you like the last few times she has snuck out. But also like blood, causing Enid to wake up from her deep sleep when the smell penetrated her nose. Along with the heavy smell of blood, there was also a heavy smell of sweat. Addams was drenched in sweat from the small peek she got, which was weird because she has never seen the pale girl sweat, not even when she fences for hours in the studio. Yet here she was sweating up a storm that put the current rain drowning the window to shame. Yet under said smell there was something else. A smell that was hard to pinpoint yet smelt oddly familiar for it was a smell that often stunk up the bedroom hallways, locker room, bathrooms, and the back of the greenhouse.

The next morning when she tried to investigate if she had actually smelt your blood, her sweat, and the other smell she found that the room was smelling like smoke. Causing her to launch from her bed to open the windows to avoid suffocation of her and Wednesday, much to the goth's disappointment.

She wanted to ask you the following day what had happened between you two since she knew the ravenette wouldn't answer her question. But she couldn't find you. You were locked in your room handling Earl business so you would be taking class virtually. Not only weren't you visible around school but also on Wednesday's person. She no longer smelled like you.

Hell, Wednesday no longer snuck out at night!

To make matters worse, it seemed like Wednesday was using her murder case as a distraction of what happened between you two- or she assumed that was the case for the human girl's side was now covered in gruesome images and notes! She had lost count how many times she has fainted in the past three days since your absence.

Three whole days of neither of you being in each other's presence.

Seeing no other choice she was going to have to fish it out of her roommate. You can do this Enid- you can do this.

Walking up slowly, secretly hoping the the floorboards cave in to stop her from asking Wednesday, she soon found herself facing a concentrated Wednesday pinning images and notes to a board.

"When I suggested giving your side of the room a makeover I did not have Ted Bundy's Printrest in mind".

Wednesday turned around and gave her a serious face with crossed arms. Slowly lifting her eyebrow. Honestly, this was the first time she had shown interest in Wednesday's current obsession.

"Is this why you sunk out three nights ago?" she asked. Wednesday's body slightly jolted at the mention of that odd night. Yup something clearly happened.

"Thing and I made an unsactioned trip to the morgue to make copies of the victim's files" said Wednesday a little too quickly. Very unnatural of her.

"Okay, there are so many levels of ew in that statement" She was beginning to regret this decision. "Was it just you and Thing? I'm pretty sure Y/N-"

Soon images of torn body parts were shoved her way and Wednesday went in-depth on the injuries. For each body part she mentioned her voice picked up speed, as if she was spamming the skip button to a YouTube video to avoid a commercial. Sadly it was working, Enid could feel the thoughts about her ship disappearing into the foggy waters unconsciousness due to disgust boiling her stomach as full temperature, steaming her mind. "Wednesday I don't feel so good."
