A/N: I love hearing everyone's hot takes, I actually had a blast reading some of your hot takes over on my announcements page. Seriously, you guys have no mercy and I appreciate it!
For these, I'm gonna list them out and respond to them with my thoughts. Thank you for all your submissions. —

I guess I can also kinda see him on the aroace spectrum but for me, personally, I like to hc him as a straight ally because why wouldn't he be an ally? ne might've been an asshole in the past but he is NOT homophobic !!! Huh. I like it! I'm genuinely curious to how people would perceive a straight portrayal of Earth, it's something that's so unnecessarily taboo. I know a lot of people see him as aroace/gay/bi/pan, but I also like the idea of him being straight. He doesn't exactly strike me as a gay person, but it's totally fine if I see people think of him that way!
What annoys me the most is people treating headcanon sexualities as canon. Alvaro (creator of Solarballs) has never said any sexualities were canon, so it is really annoying when people say stuff like: "red flag if you ship a girl with Earth" or something along the lines of that. It's their headcanon, and a fandom wouldn't be a fandom if people weren't interpreting the characters in their own fun way.
In conclusion: love it. Also... have art I made of this hc, even though it looks kinda ugly.

2. " I don't really know if this is a hot take, but I really do kinda like titania x titan. I think it could be really cute, and their names match !? Also, I hate when people ship Callisto and Io. They just really strike me as siblings, and I think it's adorable :3 Luna x Titan is kinda overrated, but I can see where they're coming from. (Also also, I absolutely love their ship name, Tuna TvT)" - -Siegh- - Okay YEAH, I agree. I'm okay with Callisto x Io platonically or romantically, but I've always liked Callisto x Triton more. Callisto and Io definitely give off siblings energy. As for Titania x Titan, I love it. They remind me of Percy Jackson and Annabeth Chase for some reason.
I don't fw a lot of Tuna shippers because they make it seem like Titania is in the way of the ship just because she's the woman. Titania hide behind me. You guys need to STOP with the villainizing female characters just cause they're implied to be in a straight relationship with the male you ship with another guy.
