Arkin

Arkin couldn't believe this time would come. He knew at some point, his parents  gonna make him want to plead for their help but never would he thought it would come this far. He just couldn't imagine how will he appeared infront his mum after everything that he's done to him. But not like he had other option but to eat up his pride.

When he arrives to the café he was told to meet his mum, he paused when he saw his mum and dad who's now looking his way like they've been waiting for him.

He was looking down the floor as he reached their place even until he take a seat across from them but he feel them staring at him.

"Do you want to say anything?"

"Don't you want to explain first why you're here together?"

"You really can't tell why? Because I know exactly why you're here for." His father let out a snigger at the end of his sentence.

"Freddie." His mum shut him off before the conversation could go anywhere. Arkin breaths in ad his mum looked his way. "Honey, we just wanted to have a talk with you."

"I know you've been wanting to. You must've been surprised that I had asked you to meet me and, I would like to go straight to the point. I need your help." He said before looking down the table. He might not see it but he could feel them staring at him.

"Help? Look who's asking help now?" His father said and Arkin tried to keep his cool. Not only that he's not in a mood to argue but because he's in no place to.

He's being desperate now, eating up his pride while letting them laugh how and where he's getting the nerves to ask for their help after almost not identifying them as their family.

"What happened to your ego now. Why'd you asking for help now, huh?"

Arkin held tight on his shirt as he eat up his words.

"I really need your help now. My friend... he terribly needs help."

A moment of silence had followed before his mum held his hand. "Honey, I'm willing to help you."

"Don't be to easy on your son." His father cuts off. "Look, we have been through crazy lately but that doesn't change the fact that we're still your parents and you're still our son. We're willing to help you in any ways you want, but you know things won't go that easy."

He then looked to his mum and wait what his dad supposed to mean.

"Arkin, your father and I had talked about it already. We're willing to help you with anything... but only if you would agreed with our conditions."

Arkin knew exactly how this conversation would end up. And as much as he'd like to end this conversation by just walking out and just forget about it, he can't. He's got no other place to be.

.

Zeke had been placing soft kisses on his mum's hand. When suddenly he heard the door creaked open he thought it was Arkin but he saw it was Tim and the others.

"We brought you something." Harry said as  he lift up the paper bag he was holding.

"Thanks." Zeke forced a smile and managed to walk towards Tim who give him a few tap on his shoulder.

"Here." He then looked down to where Tim had extended an envelope. He looked at him before he took it. "Zero wants to give that to you. We're a little short at the moment but, we hope that'll help."

Zeke remained looking down the money in his hand, thinking how he could thank them.

"Thanks." Was the only thing he could say and they just sent him a smile.
