Arkin

Arkin might've just made an irrational decision after deciding to come to his mum's office. Something he's haven't done in a while. After what happened, Arkin just thought about doing something.

His mum was quite busy when he arrived to her office but he did wait for her anyways. As expected, his mum was surprised to know Arkin really did come to see him. She k ows it's not something Arkin would really do in the past few years but she's just went excited about it.

As soon as Arkin was able to sit with her in the couch, he told her about what happened to Harold and just like he expected, her mum's also got shocked about it.

For a moment, Arkin knew his mum really has nothing to do about it but he thought about what she once told him before. He said if he would ever need help, he could just tell her about it. And although it's not the kind of problem his mum would expect from him, he thought it's a serious matter that she could only help him.

"I know shouldn't really be asking you about this but it's a serious matter. And I'm afraid that there some other person like Harold would have done the same thing." His voice slowly tapers off.

"I understand. And I'm glad that you've been thinking about it that way."

"Please, Im asking you. I don't what help exactly. But I'm asking you to do anything." His mum reached for his hand and squeeze it softly.

"I'll talk to your school and see what I can do."

Arkin really not the type to ask favor from someone, epecially to his parents. He's have learned how to do things on his own but this one just feels different. He knows he's been terrible to his mum but he also couldn't just let his pride. He can't stand there and do nothing.

He might've not know a lot about Harold nor does he knows what kind of person he really is but just having able to talk to him made it seemed like he knows him before. And probably because Harold just made a big impact that would made him remind Arkin how's he's been to him.

.

It's already eight in the evening when he get back to their house. The moment Arkin entered his house he saw his dad and he didn't get.

"Where have you been? I haven't been seeing you lately I almost forgot you still live here." His dad said and Arkin just rolls his eyes as he tried to keep his cool.

It's true they really haven't been seeing each other even they live in a same house. He wanted to believe it's just because they live in a big house but because his dad is just busy as he'd always been. It's just surprises him his dad isn't asking him anything about him lately.

"Sit here and take your dinner."

"I still have to finish my homework—"

"Sir here, and take your dinner." His dad cuts him off, sounding and looking a lot serious this time.

Arkin heave out a huge sigh before he sat from across him. He could feel his deadly glare but Arkin's not just in the mood to argue or even return the gesture.

His dad haven't talked to him since the last time he's talked to Zeke. But compared the other days, he's been seeing his son going home earlier and doing his studies. He's even have his school keep an eye on him just so he knows he's not doing anything crazy.

"I heard about what happened in your school." His dad started, making him paused from chewing. "I know you know how serious that matter is. Thats why you have to make sure you're in the right circle. Better not get involved to anything. As much as possible you avoid those people that brings you trouble."
