We slept in late; we missed breakfast and it was too early for lunch, so we were sitting outside, waiting for lunch to be ready, “Huxley, I need to ask you something, it’s more of a request” “ok” “Opal would like to meet Titan” “really? Now?” ‘Yes, now' “she does want to meet him now but I’m starving, I might struggle to shift, I don’t do it too often” “how about after lunch?” “Sounds like a plan” I said giving him a kiss “River, your finally out” Atlas said as she bounced towards us, “yeah, my heat finally faded last night, we slept in and missed breakfast, I’m so hungry, I could eat a horse” “lunch is soon” Huxley said tugging my hair, Atlas's mouth popped open.

“You ok?” “He spoke” Atlas said shocked, “yeah, he could speak before but chose not to, he just says a few words at a time, not many long sentences, I suppose he just needs to get back into the habit of talking, he’s not spoken for five years” “wow, he’s voice is deep, it suits him” “sexy right? Where’s Pasha?” “he’s with Eve” she said upset, “what’s up?” “He’s been with Eve for days, he’s spent no time with me and with you being in heat for what felt like months, I’ve been lonely” “what’s he doing? He has two mates, he shouldn’t neglect one of them” she shrugged her shoulders and lowered her head, “do you want me to talk to him?” “No, Opal, Titan” Huxley answered my question.

“I told you that I will shift but I need food first” “River are you going to shift? I want to see, can I come?” “No” he answered again, “sorry not this time, its Opal and Titan's first meeting, I will talk to Opal and see if we can arrange a shift and go out for a run, how does that sound?” “I would like a lot, but would Opal be ok with it? Didn’t you say that she rarely shifts” “that it true but haven’t we become close friends? In my old, it was full of older Lycan’s, she didn’t feel confutable around them, like I said, I will talk to her” “I bet your Lycan is beautiful” “she is”, we all sat there talk until lunch was ready, well Atlas and I spoke, Huxley cuddled up to me, resting his head on my shoulder and listened.

In the dining hall, Atlas ate with us, I noticed Pasha and Eve walk in, I waved him over, he put up a thumb, then Eve said something to him, he put is head down and followed her to a table a lone, Atlas put her fork down as well as her head, letting her hair fall nearly into her food, “I know Eve was his first mate and I know she wasn’t happy when Pasha and I mated but I miss him, please excuse me” Atlas said  getting up and leaving the hall, I could see that Pasha looked worried and wanted to go to her but Eve didn’t let him go, “I'm going over to talk to him, he is really pissing me off” “no” Huxley said as he held onto my arm, “Titan, Opal” ‘please River, can you talk to him later’ Opal pleaded.

I rolled my eyes as I sat down, I pointed to my lips, Huxley lent forward, giving me the kiss I wanted, “fine, we need to eat fast so we can go and shift”, Opal was running rings in my head of how excited she was.

We were standing in the woods, just staring at each other, I was so nervous, Opal is even worse than I am, “would you like me to go first?” “Please, I'm so nervous, I don’t know if I can shift right now”, Huxley came over to me, he hugged me tight and whispered in my ear, “calm down my Queen, I will show you how easy it is” he kissed me then took a few steps back.

Huxley stripped off naked in front of me, his body will never stop amazing me, “look, just like this” then he shifted, “easy for you to say, hello Titan, long time no see” I've not seen him since he gave me my vibrator but I refused to do in front of him, he came over to me, sniffed me, I put my arms around him neck and hugged him, “you excited to meet Opal?” he let out a little growl, “please be gentle with her, she is very scared” he let out another growl, I gave him another squeeze before letting him go.

He moved back a few feet, I took my clothes off, ‘you ready Opal?’ ‘No, I'm so scared’ ‘I know you can do it’ ‘sorry, but what if I can’t do it? Will Titan want to leave?’ ‘I know you can do it, I believe in you’, she shifted perfectly, first go, sometimes it takes her a few attempts.
