Over the next six months, Huxley asked me once again on my next heat, which I refused again, I this time I had turned 19, we had a huge BBQ to celebrate, it was amazing, Pasha and Atlas are due there pup any day now, The River Retreat was now up and running, it’s only been a few weeks but it’s been fully booked and is fully booked out for the next three months.

Asha turned 16, he works closely with me at the retreat and the horses, he never talks about going back to his previous pack, he still called Harvi, that thing, but I'm working on it.

Koza became the official pack Doctor, Doctor Shelley still pops by and helps, she was upset that we had our own Doctor now, but Koza reassured her that he will need her help as in his old pack, he mostly tented to the male Lycan’s, so he only knows a little bit on how to help a pregnant Lycan.

It was Huxley’s birthday next month and I had been thinking of giving Huxley something that he wants, I was thinking of coming off my birth control and hopefully conserving a pup so I can tell him on his birthday.

I stopped taking my birth control that night.

Two days later, Pasha and Atlas had a little boy, they called him Skoll, it is a name from Nordic mythology, there was a pack meeting a few weeks ago about pup naming, Pasha suggested about it being wolf themed, named after wolf from the past, myth or a word that means wolf in a deferent language, Huxley loved the idea and so did the pack, Skoll was the first born under the new change.

Since the second pack house was built, there is a few other mated pair’s having pups, Victor forbid having pups in the pack, if they fell pregnant, they would have been kicked out, Pasha told all the horrible stories but now Huxley has been the True Alpha, there’s been a few pups, I think a third or even a fourth pack house will be needed.

My heat came the following week, I was a little early but I was ok with it, it just means my plane moved up a little.

Brax watched the retreat with Asha, while I went to Huxley’s office, as I entered, I locked the door behind me, “sorry River, I'm busy…” he trailed off as he sniffed the air, “busy you say, ok, I will go find another Lycan to help me, I wonder who is free? Pasha is busy with the pup, oh, maybe Koza is free?
