Advik's POV

I frantically checked and double-checked everything, my heart racing as I realized it was almost 7 pm - the party was about to begin. The room was filled with influential business tycoons, but one person was noticeably absent - Navi.

She didn't reply or pick my call. A sick feeling was forming in my gut. I have tried my best to keep Olivia away from her. But I can't be sure of her moves.

The thought of losing Navi scared me more than anything else in that moment, causing me to run a shaky hand through my hair. Without a second thought, I dashed out abandoning my drink on the table and sprinted to my car.

"Get out!" I barked at my driver, his eyes wide with shock.

"But sir, it's almost time for the party. You can't leave now," he protested.

"I said get out!" I repeated, snatching the keys from his trembling hands before speeding off onto the road.

My tires screeched as I pulled up to Navi's apartment building. As I stepped out of the car, an old woman appeared in the doorway, her face etched with disgust.

"Ye ajkal ke ladke bhi nah. Har jagah bas show off karna hota hai. Pata nhi ye ajkal ki ladkiya bhi kya dekh kar pasand karti hai inhe."

"Ajkal ki ladkio ki choice at least uncle se better hai. You got to admit that." A cold voice called out.

Navi stepped out of her apartment clad in a bodycon dress that hugged her curves with sinful perfection. A confident smile played on her lips, radiating a killer aura. But today, she wasn't going for cute or pretty. She was going for sexy, and boy did she succeed. She looked undeniably sexy.

She looked breathtaking, and for a moment, I forgot everything else as she sauntered towards me. Time seemed to stand still as our eyes met, and all I wanted to do was pull her into my arms and ravish her with my lips. Rip that dress off of her body and show her just how good of a choice it was.

I ran a hand through my hairs trying to erase the unholy thought coz it was neither the time nor the place.

The aunty looked at her with a jaw dropped wider than me.

"I'm sorry, Aunty, but you need to close that jaw of yours. Because she is straight and beyond that, she is mine," I growled as the Aunty glared daggers at us both.

"If you're done sticking your nose where it doesn't belong, you were supposed to be watering plants," Navi snapped, her eyes like molten lava pinning me to the spot.

"These kids these days think they own the world," the Aunty muttered under her breath as she stomped back into her house. We burst into laughter simultaneously, and then our eyes locked again, sending electric currents through my veins.

"Done staring at me?" Navi raised an eyebrow, a challenge in her gaze.

"I might never be. If it's you," I replied, my eyes tracing the contours of her lips, which looked irresistibly kissable. Every inch of her screamed perfection. Her dress clung to her curves, leaving just enough to spark wild imagination.
