Kugelblitz

Lillith always found herself enjoying looking at the clouds, she wasn't too sure what was so fascinating about them though.

Her and Diego had been living together for a year and a half and it was going well, despite an odd argument here and there but they were happy and free.

All the rest of the Academy kept contact with her too which was just the cherry on top.

“Can you please move from there?” Diego asked, wrapping his arms around her from behind.

Lillith liked the apartment they stayed at for two reasons; she was with Diego and there was a rooftop she could sit on where the views were nice.

“You mean you don't want me to jump,” she gasped. “Wow, real shame.”

But Diego didn't laugh, instead he sat right next to her, swinging his legs over the half wall too so they were both one slip away from falling.

“Are you happy?” He asked her, holding onto her hand.

Lillith was quite taken aback by the question.

It really depended on the situation. She would say she was currently a happy person but throughout her childhood she didn't experience times of happiness very easily.

Yes, there were days here and there when she would admit she was overjoyed to be around the people around her, but there were a significantly larger amount of days where she'd question if she even knew what happiness was.

“Yes, right now I’m happy,” she smiled at him. “I’m with you.”

When she leant her head on his shoulder, he wrapped  his arm around her, “I’m happy too.”

They all looked up at him in shock as he stared down at the two people. If they could even be called that anymore– they didn't even look human.

That’s when Diego quickly ran over to Lillith, pulling her into a hug trying to recover from the fear of thinking he was going to lose her again.

But that was when Klaus walked in, with a long raincoat and leather trousers, standing in front of Jayme and Alphonso.

“Oh man. Heavens to Betsy, what did you do?” He gasped, before pointing at his brother. “Did Viktor go full ‘Carrie’ again?”

Allison then stepped forwards, “We didn't do this.”

That was when Klaus spotted the old man.

“Harlan,” Viktor tried to start calmly.

“Don't,” he snapped, causing Klaus to step back cautiously, holding her hands up in defence. “Don't come near me, please.” He then placed his hands on his head, clearly struggling.

“I just want to make sure that you're okay,” Viktor soothed. “You can. . . You can talk now.”

He gasped through his heavy breathing. “I can do a lot of things now.”

Klaus then walked over to Diego, Lillith and Allison, “Who the hell is creepy grandpa?”

“That’s the kid Viktor saved in Dallas,” Diego informed him.

“Oh shit, you're right,” Allison and Klaus gasped at the same time.

“But didn't he get rid of all that kid’s mojo when he did all ‘that’?” Klaus asked, shaking his body at the end to reenact what happened.
