Pocket Full of Lightning

“Don't you think you're being a little dramatic, Alli?” Lillith asked, laying on her front on her bed, kicking her feet back and forth as she watched the girl pace.

Of course she was being dramatic but that’s exactly how Allison was, she was extremely dramatic but she would never admit it.

She simply refused to be wrong about anything, very specifically this scenario.

“No, Lils,” Allison stopped pacing. “He gave me a freaking necklace and then we just haven't spoken since.”

“He gave you a necklace yesterday,” Lillith pointed out, giving her a tight-lipped smile. “I think maybe he just hasn't had a chance to say anything.”

“No, we've been here all day, he definitely could have said something. You're the professional, that’s why I’m here,” Allison said, standing directly in front of her sister. “Maybe he regrets it.”

Lillith really tried not to laugh, “Alli, this is your first relationship and his too, of course you have no idea what to do so maybe he’s got the same thought process as you, panicked about the necklace situation.”

“But what if–”

“Nope,” Lillith cut her off. “You both like each other, right? So maybe you speak to him about this rather than rambling to me because I have no idea how Luther thinks but I know how you think and I know that you're overthinking all of it.”

“But I don't think I’m overthinking,” Allison tried to reason.

“Yeah, that’s part of overthinking. But his room is just down the corridor and I will push you down there and knock on the door for you if you really want me too, but this is your relationship and you need to talk about all of this with him,” Lillith said, standing up and grabbing her by the arm.

She began using her power to push her towards, ignoring the girl trying to push Lillith back, dragging her feet on the floor, whining and complaining the entire walk– well drag– down the corridor.

Once they got outside, Lillith quickly knocked on his door, opening it and pushing her inside before closing the door, trapping both Luther and Allison inside.

“Lillith! Open this door!” Allison shouted, knocking on it.

“No! You two need to suck it up and talk to each other!” Lillith shouted back, holding the door shut.

“Lillith! Let us out!” Luther then began shouting too, hitting the door.

She hummed as if she was questioning it before saying, “I don't hear much talking from the two of you.”

“When I get out of here honestly I’m going to hit you,” Allison threatened, but she didn't use her powers. She didn't like using them on Lillith or the rest of the Academy.

“Love you too, sis!”

And that’s when Diego came out of his room, raising his eyebrow, crossing his arms and leaning on his door frame, “What are you doing?”

“Being a professional relationship expert,” she smirked at him, but when he looked at her, asking her to explain a little more her smirk turned into a grin, “I've locked them in a room so they'll talk.”

Diego burst out laughing, “Evil genius.”

“Three, two, one. . . ready or not, here I come!” They heard Diego call out, Lillith hiding in a corner of the house, her invisibility flickering slightly. She hadn't fully perfected it, just yet, but she did not want to lose this game.
