The Swedish Job

Finally Lillith heard Diego gasp.

He shot up from the sofa he was resting on, screaming in pain as Mila placed her hand on his chest and burnt the wound trying to close it.

"Shh, suck it up," Lillith complained, looking at Mila, "Keep going."

Lillith already pulled the bullet out of his chest, trying to use her powers to keep him in a state of unconsciousness; they had gotten Clementine to distract Lila so she wouldn't see the very obvious use of their powers.

"Were you following me?" Diego groaned looking at Lillith.

"No. . ." She started. "Okay, not at first but then Lila fell asleep and I thought I should. You know, maybe a thank you would have been appreciated, Knife Wife."

"Knife. . . Huh?" Diego then looked down in shock, "Where are my clothes? What the hell happened to my clothes?"

"Stop moving you idiot," Mila muttered, before using more heat which knocked him out.

Five then blinked into the room, "Oh, he isn't dead."

"I know right, real shame," the blonde complained. "Would have made my life a lot easier."

"So a monkey scratched him?" Lillith tried to clarify from Mila, looking at her brother humouredly.

Mila just laughed, "You should have seen it. I love your monkey so much."

Lillith didn't really understand Mila's obsession with Pogo, but she didn't want to stop it. It was literally adorable. She found it so amusing every time the blonde girl saw the monkey, she got so excited.

Then an alarm started buzzing causing Lillith, Mila and Five to run over to the alarm, Lillith not liking the loud noise from it.

"Hey one of those machines you asked for is going crazy," Elliot called out to Five specifically.

"Which one?" Five said as they all finally got there.

"It's the, uh, atmospheric radar."

"Fancy words," Mila muttered, nodding as if she understood.

Five nodded his head, "Good."

"I don't get it. What are you tracking?" Elliot turned to the boy. "A hurricane? A storm front?"

"Sound waves."

"Sound waves," Elliot repeated, utterly confused and before Elliot could continue talking Five blinked him and Mila away.

Lillith looked in offence at where her brother and his girlfriend were previously standing, looking back at Elliot before turning invisible and running out of the room.

It was too awkward to stay there.

But then when she was looking behind her to make sure no one was following her, she bumped into something- well someone.

"Ow," she groaned, turning herself visible again. "Oh, hi Clem."

"That's so cool, what the hell," she fangirled, "I didn't realise you turned invisible."

"Ah, it's nothing."

Then when Lillith went to walk away, Clementine held her wrist to hold her back.

"I'm leaving," she said quickly.

Lillith blinked slightly, "Oh, I'll go with you. Where are we going?"

The brunette shook her head, "No. I'm leaving."

"What? No. You can't leave, Clem."

"No, you don't need me. I know you're going to save the world and leave to go back to your time. You can't tell me I can't leave when this entire time you've been planning on leaving me!" She snapped.
