The Day That Wasn't

AN: Words can't express how traumatic, happy and sad I’m making this episode just because it doesn't actually happen so at the end of the day it doesn't matter much. Also the five and Mila letters were just added in for fun, Lillith doesn't actually read those ones, I just wanted to show the start of their friendship– kind of

WEDNESDAY. 8:15 am

Everyone apart from the two time travellers and Vanya had gathered in the living room, Allison handing Lillith a cup of coffee before sitting down behind her on the sofa, as Lillith sat on the floor.

“Three days?” Allison asked.

“That’s what Five and his friend said,” Luther told the group.

Klaus sat up, leaning forward slightly, “The old bastard did mention the apocalypse, come to think of it. He just left out the part about how soon.”

“They have both been saying since they got back the world was ending the rest of you just didn't listen,” the pink haired woman mentioned, causing Luther and Allison to shake their heads at her but ultimately not respond.

“But can we trust them? I don't know if you've noticed, but Five and Mila are a little,” Allison whistled, curling her finger around her head.

Klaus chuckled, “Our little psychos.”

“They were pretty convincing,” Luther said, moving back and forth slightly. “If they weren't trying to stop an apocalypse from happening those lunatics wouldn't be chasing them.”

Diego finally looked over, “That’s why they were chasing after them?”

After Luther agreed, Allison asked, “What did Five even see?”

“Uh. . . apparently we all uh–” Luther kept stuttering so Lillith finally interrupted.

“We fought together against whatever caused the apocalypse. Failed and died,” she deadpanned.

Luther pointed in agreement as the rest of the group stared at the woman in shock and complete silence until they were interrupted by an umbrella opening up, causing Klaus and Lillith to jump in shock.

Then the conversation continued.

“Just now you're telling us,” Diego complained, only targeted at Luther rather than at him and Lillith.

“Diego it’s not like we haven't tried to tell you but we can’t figure much more out without Five and Milena,” Lillith told him, placing her hand on his upper arm trying to help him remain calm.

“No, we need to figure this out.”

“Is it just us?” Allison asked, the two who knew now being bombarded with questions.

“Yes, it’s everybody,” Luther responded.

“In the house?” Diego added to the question.

“The whole planet?” Allison also added.

Lillith began getting overwhelmed, “Everyone. Outside the house inside the house. Everyone died, please take a deep breath or something.”

And then Vanya suddenly appeared behind them, “Hey.” Which caused all of them to turn round and look at her, also spotting someone next to her they'd never seen before. “What’s going on?”
