Oh shit!

I watched as Alexis drank her smoothie, a smoothie she made from last night. She had this habit of doing that then drinking it before her yoga session, I found it odd but it worked in my favour, since early this morning I squeezed maybe ten or fifteen drops of the laxative in, along with a little prune juice, shaking it up then put it back.
"I hate when I try new things and it's disappointing" she mumbled.
"Interesting" Jude said as he tied his shoe lace.
"No meaning, I added this new protein powder to my smoothie, hardly a tablespoon but gosh it tastes awful" She said still looking at her bottle.
"Clearly not awful enough, you're almost through it also why would you drink that before we jog" he questioned.
"Because I always do it before yoga" she said.
"Are we ready to go now?" I asked
"Ready" Alexis said. We went outside and did our stretches roughly ten minutes of it. I looked over at Alexis and I could tell she was already feeling off but was keeping it together.
We started off our jog, I went a little faster than I usually do Jude kept up but five minutes in Alexis was already falling behind, Jude and I were engrossed in a conversation so engrossed he hadn't noticed we took another trail, this one I found out last night it was much further away from the house and it bit more challenging since there were inclines here and there.
I looked over my shoulder to see Alexis drenched in sweat she was a good distance behind.
"I'm just realizing we missed our turn. This is nice though," Jude said, taking in the surroundings.
"It's beautiful. I think I might exceed today's goal too. It's a win," I replied.
"Babe, what do you think?" Jude finally looked behind him, having not checked since we left the house. He stopped immediately, and I did too, turning to see Alexis far behind, on her knees, holding her stomach.
"Oh fuck," Jude mumbled before running back to her.
I jogged slowly, already knowing what was happening. The pharmacist had said two drops of the laxative would suffice, so I figured adding ten or fifteen would cause serious damage.
Jude reached Alexis first. "Are you okay?" he asked, concern etched on his face. She was drenched in sweat, much more than our usual exertion. She was pale and clearly struggling.
"I need to get back to the house," she gasped.
"Okay, but we're at least 15 minutes away," Jude responded, looking worried. Just then, we heard a loud growl from her stomach. Jude and I both looked at her.
"Alexis, are you okay?" I asked, trying to sound sincere.
"I'm perfect, I'm good," she said, trying to keep it together, but the brown liquid running down her leg told a different story. She was literally, shitting herself.
"Um, Alexis, your leg," I pointed out, trying hard not to laugh.
Her stomach growled again, and this time she released a loud fart, likely accompanied by more diarrhea. Panic washed over her face as she immediately started running.
Jude looked beyond confused but ran after her. I eventually joined, hearing every fart and squelch she released.
As we ran, the scene was almost surreal. Alexis, usually so composed, was now desperately sprinting with Jude close behind, and me trailing a bit farther back, trying to stifle my laughter. The trail was quiet, except for the occasional bird chirp and the unmistakable sound of Alexis's distress.
