Bianca Dawson
Good days
•••

"You seem a lot happier these days," Jude said as I straddled him. It was my favorite view, just sitting on top of him while he lay there, he was way more talkative than I was but I liked it.

"That's because I have the greatest boyfriend in the entire universe," I smiled.

"No need to glaze, you're not gonna hit," he laughed, making me playfully nudge him. I glanced over at the clock and realized he had to get up now or he'd be late for his flight.

"You need to get going, or you'll miss your flight," I said, climbing off him.

"Yeah, yeah," he groaned, stretching as he got up. He was flying to England for his shoot with Lucozade. He was their latest ambassador, and I couldn't be happier for him.

"I promised I'd find my replacement while you're gone," I said. "I already contacted the agency, and they're sending over two candidates today."

"Thanks, babe. I appreciate it," he said, giving me a quick kiss before heading to the bathroom to get ready.

I made my way downstairs, greeting Antonio in the kitchen. I thought it would be awkward, given my new place in the house, but everyone carried on as if nothing had happened.

"Morning, Antonio," I said cheerfully.

"Morning, Bianca," he replied, giving me a warm smile. "Coffee?"

"Yes, please," I said, taking a seat at the kitchen island. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, making me feel more awake. I watched as Antonio expertly prepared my cup, adding just the right amount of cream and sugar.

As I sipped my coffee, I couldn't help but think about how much I had to get done but I was happy, for the first time in my life I was truly happy.

Jude came downstairs, dressed and ready to go. "I'll see you soon," he said, giving me a kiss.

"Okay baby," I said, watching him grab his bag and head out the door.

After Jude left, I took a deep breath and started preparing for the interviews. I wanted to make sure I chose the right person to take over my duties. It was important to find someone competent, trustworthy, and capable of fitting seamlessly into the household.

A few hours later, the doorbell rang. I opened the door to find a woman, looking eager and a bit nervous. "Hi, I'm Bianca. Please come in," I said, stepping aside to let her in.

The first candidate, Rosalee Thompson, was a woman in her early fifties with a wealth of experience. She had worked with several high-profile athletes, including Toni Kroos and James Rodriquez. Her resume was impressive, and she carried herself with a calm confidence that immediately put me at ease.

"Thank you for coming, Rosalee," I said, shaking her hand. "Please, have a seat."

"You can call me Rosie and thank you for having me," she replied with a warm smile.

As we sat down to begin the interview, I could tell that she was the kind of person who took her job very seriously. She talked about her experience managing the schedules and personal affairs of top athletes, handling everything from travel arrangements to personal shopping.

"I've worked with Toni Kroos for five years, ensuring his day-to-day life ran smoothly, especially during the football season," she explained. "And with James Rodriquez, it was the same. I ensured everything was always in place."

Her professionalism and extensive background were exactly what I was looking for. She had a way of speaking that was both authoritative and reassuring, making me feel confident in her abilities. We discussed the specific needs of our household, and she offered insightful suggestions on how to improve efficiency and organization.
