"Why do you want me to hire you, Miss Reyes?" the woman asked Agasher with authority in her voice.

She cleared her throat before answering frankly, "I want to help myself, Madame." She showed her genuine smile and sat properly.

"Well, for me, you're not perfectly suited to be Mr. Salvador's secretary, Miss. Because you look like a prostitute," dire-diretsong sagot ng babaeng nag-iinterview.

Napaawang ang labi ni Agasher sa biglaang sinabi nito. "Excuse me, it seems like our conversation is going in a different direction. Look at my resume and application paper. Do I really look like a prostitute, Madame? I am not whatever you are thinking. All I want is to have a decent job to help myself. If you don't want me to be Mr. Salvador's secretary, then I'll go now. I won't accept this kind of treatment and will look for another company that will fit my profile." Agasher stood up and bowed her head before she went to the door. As soon as she opened it, the woman suddenly clapped and spoke again.

"Great! Stop! I like you, Miss Reyes."

With one raised eyebrow, Agasher turned her head to the woman. "What do you mean?" she asked, a confused expression written on her face.

"You're hired. You'll start working for Mr. Salvador tomorrow, but for now, we need to introduce you to him as his new secretary. No one wants to take the job as Sandro's secretary because he is ruthless when it comes to work. So please, do your job well."

"And you think you can find another job that pays 60,000 PHP every 15 days? Kinsenas 'yon, that'll be a total of 120,000 PHP per month. No one wants this job, so do it."
