Y/N, Harry, Hermione, and Ron stood in front of Hagrid's hut, their expressions intent as they pressed Hagrid for information.

"Who gave you the dragon egg?" Harry asked, his voice steady but insistent. "What did he look like?"

Hagrid scratched his head nervously. "I dunno. I never saw his face. He kept his hood up," he admitted reluctantly.

Harry leaned forward, his eyes narrowing in thought. "This stranger, though, you and he must have talked," he prodded gently.

Hagrid nodded slowly. "Well, he wanted to know what sort of creatures I looked after. I told 'im," he recalled. "I said, 'After Fluffy, a dragon's gonna be no problem.'"

"Did he seem interested in Fluffy?" Harry asked, sensing a crucial lead.

Hagrid shifted uncomfortably. "Well, o' course he was interested in Fluffy," he replied with a sigh. "How often do yeh come across a three-headed dog, even if yer in the trade? But I told 'im. I said... I said, 'The trick with any beast is to know how to calm 'im. Take Fluffy, for example. Jus' play him a bit o' music and he falls straight to sleep.'"

Hermione exchanged a knowing glance with Ron. The pieces of the puzzle were starting to fit together, and the implications were troubling.

In a hushed tone, Harry mouthed to his friends, "It's Snape, for sure."

Ron and Hermione nodded subtly, their expressions grim with the weight of their suspicions.

Realizing they needed to act quickly, Harry spoke up, "Thanks, Hagrid. We've got to go." He turned to the others. "Let's move. We have to stop Snape, whatever he's planning, before it's too late."

Without waiting for a response from Hagrid, the four of them hurried away, their minds racing with the new information and the urgency of their mission.
