Saafeyah stood by the door watching Woojin work at his desk. She and Taehyun were sleeping more and more often at his house.

After a while, it just started feeling right.

But today, they had a very long day.

She asked Taehyun if he wanted to change schools but he said everyone was nice and it was just Sean. His grandma had also assured him that Sean wouldn't attend the same school anymore.

It had been too intense for her.

"Can I come in," she softly asked. She wasn't sure it was the right time since Woojin hadn't spoken to her a lot. He had spent majority of the day making Taehyun feel better.

"Yeah, come here."

Saafeyah made a beeline for his lap. She sat facing him hugging him.

They were both having rough, long days.

Woojin responded to her hug wrapping his arms around her. He breathed in his pheromones feeling calmer by the honey scent.

"Are you still upset?"

"I've never been this upset," he replied after a moment of silence. "Fuck who could he call Taehyun... a mutt?"

"There's going to be people like that and it's been resolved-"

"I won't accept anyone calling you a lowly anything... I'll be angry forever. If I see that man again I'll kill him."

"Don't say that." Saafeyah kissed his face. Just peppering his face with kisses landing on his lips eventually.

The kiss was soft, sensual and slow.

It wasn't often that Saafeyah made the first move but when she did, it gave Woojin so much hope. To him, it showed that she wanted him there.

And right now he needed that.

"Do all alphas run hot?"

"I run way hotter than any of them... why? Are you bothered by it?"

Saafeyah thought about it. Well she had been thinking about it. Because this Woojin wasn't any of the Woojin's she was used to.

He wasn't Woohyun... he also wasn't her boss... he was just Woojin.

He was Woojin.

He was an extreme hot head. He smiled at her and Taehyun more than anyone else. He was strong for her. But, he also got anxious. He got worried. He shut down.

The real Woojin was deeply complicated person and she couldn't help but fall for him.

"I'm starting to like that about you... because you say all the things I want to. I was so angry when he said that about Taehyun- but... I just let you do everything again."

"Because you're not supposed to do anything. You're meant to tell me who to attack and I fuck them up."

And she liked that about him. He didn't mind protecting her. A lot of people saw her being weaker or frailer as a problem but, he supported her.

"Saafeyah... I really love you," Woojin whispered burying his head on her shoulder. "I don't even care if you don't say it... I love you."

"S-say it again," she asked stroking his hair.

"I love you Saafeyah. More than anything."

And Saafeyah didn't know what it was but, she too wanted to love him without being scared. She wanted to say it with as much bravery and intensity as he did.

So she did.

"I love you too so, don't ever let me down again, ever."

She decided to trust him.

Her heart was beating out of her chest as Woojin just stared at her in shock.

"Say it again, I don't think I heard you properly-"

"I love you Woojin," Saafeyah repeated giggling at his expression. "I love you. And I love every part of you... hot headed, calm, possessive, confident or scared - everything."

And to Woojin that meant everything.

He was so used to showing a version of himself that was made up. But ever since he had gotten back with Saafeyah he couldn't help but show a real version of himself.

He was anxious all the time about it but, if she accepted him, that's all that mattered.

"Fuck, why do you make me fall for you like this? You're so unfair Saafeyah."
...

- THREE YEARS LATER -

"Taehyun, come onnnn," Saafeyah screamed wanting her son to hurry up.

Raising an eight year old was the biggest challenge ever in her life. Her and Woojin had yet to tie the knot but that's because... they didn't really have a reason.

Saafeyah really wanted to get married and so did Woojin but it just hadn't happened.

"Is he dragging his feet," Woojin asked emerging from their home gym.

He was becoming more and more sculpted whilst Saafeyah thought she was just putting on happy weight. Woojin did find happiness in her weight gain.

Because it went to the right places. Ass, thighs, boobs, exactly where he wanted it to be.

"He's the one who wanted this play date," Saafeyah complained rolling her eyes. "It's just Lucia... he sees her all the time."

"You don't get it, babe," he shook his head. "He wants to look good."

"For what?"

"You won't get it," he smiled kissing her cheek.

Saafeyah's and Woojin's attention turned towards the television watching the latest scandal.

It involved this woman by the name of Sunbin Kim. She had been showing up on the blogs too often for different scandals.

"I can't stand her."

Woojin often expressed how much he disliked people. But there was a certain coldness about the way he spoke about her.

"You know her? Personally?"

"Yeah, our parents knew one another so, we hung out."

Saafeyah wasn't the jealous type. Especially not with how often Woojin professed his love to her but, him and a beautiful woman hung out...

That raised her antennas.

"Hung out as kids?"

"Nah as adults," he clarified. "I didn't really hang out with people as a kid, I couldn't."

Saafeyah hummed not really wanting to continue. She was starting to get jealous and she didn't want to talk about it - she wanted it to die right then and there.

Little did she know, that soon, Kim Sunbin wouldn't be the woman on the screen anymore.

She would be the woman terrorising her home.
