Chapter 43

Genevieve POV 🧡

    I could tell that the name Marcel, triggered something for the Mikaelsons, especially Nik. They started to look into it but didn't want me to worry, so Nik is going to take me out on a date.
   
    "Still in your head little witch." He says walking in with his hands behind his back.

   "Yeah, I can't help but feel like I know him, but I know you guys don't want me to worry." I said looking at him.

   "How would you know of Marcellus?" He asks curious of my thoughts

  "I don't. It's like he's from a memory that was too long ago." I said as I now got curious about what he's trying to hide behind his back.

  "Yes, little wolf, this is for you." He says revealing a little black box with an orange bow on top. He handed it to me and I don't even know if I wanted to ask what this was for.

I opened it up and I looked up at Nik to see him in a full grin as I was just as happy.

  "It's beautiful." I said as I looked at the necklace nicely placed in the box. It has their family crest on it.

  "I thought it was long over due that you weren't gifted our family crest" he says taking it and putting it on me.
  
"Thank you", I said giving him a kiss before admiring the crest now around my neck.

  "Anything for my little wolf." Klaus says sitting next to me before we hear Kol yelling, "Our little flower!"

  We couldn't help but laugh at his slight jealousy of our moment.

  "So what are we doing today?" I asked knowing he has something planned.

   "Well you'll see. Just make sure you wear some comfortable shoes, I packed everything else." He says

   "Everything else? How long are we going to be away?" I asked wondering what he had up his sleeve

   "Don't worry you'll love it." He says before Damon walks in and sits on the other side of me.

   "Yeah you're going to love it, it's just we're going to hate it." He says to me before looking at Klaus, "The date is only supposed to be a day."

"Why can't I spoil our little wolf, you all are busy at the moment." He says with a smirk on his face.

"Now I definitely want to know where we're going." I said curiously but I know no one is going to tell me in fear of Klaus's wrath.

"You'll just have to wait and see. Say your goodbyes and when you're ready we can head out." Klaus says getting and giving me a kiss on the forehead before walking off, probably to get things ready.

"Trust me, you'll love it. Next time we can all go, if you want." Damon says as he puts his arm around me pulling me into him.

  "I'm going to miss you."I said hugging into him.

   "I'll miss you too but you won't even notice, the time will fly by when you're having fun" He says

  "Hmm, so wherever we're going is fun." I said, taking that as a clue where we are going.

    "I'm not going to tell you, little witch" He says smiling that I'm trying to get clues out of him.

    "I had to try."I said hugging him

Soon it was time for us to go, so I said my goodbyes to them all, even Rebekah and Katherine. Then once we left Klaus started to drive until the airport started to come to view.

   "We're going on the plane?"I asked turning to him.

   "Actually we're getting on our jet." He said pulling into the private runways.
