All four of us got up early to train. At this point, all four of us could fight with both hands simultaneously fairly well. I noticed that Jamie practiced getting back on her feet quickly and gracefully a lot. She hadn't told me much about her most recent encounter with Jake, but I had a feeling it was related. I walked over to her. "Want to spar again?" She nodded. I smiled. "Let's see if all our training has been paying off." We grabbed the fake weapons so we didn't accidentally hurt each other. Ryoko had made a dull version of all our preferred weapons. Jamie and I started to circle each other. As usual, Jamie attacked first. She stabbed forward with her fake sword. I neatly blocked it with the side of my trident. I swept her legs out from under her. She probably could have dodged, but she must have wanted to practice getting up. She landed on her hands and pushed up against the floor. It sort of looked like she was doing a backbend. In a blink of an eye, she was back on her feet. She hadn't stumbled. I smiled. "Nice." Jamie looked at me with a fake serious look. "My real opponent won't compliment me." A loud laugh escaped me. "True." I aimed at her midsection with my trident. She dodged that, but it was merely a distraction. I swiftly pulled a fake retractable dagger out of my pocket and pushed it to her chest. "You're dead," I said with a smirk. She laughed. We sat down on a bench and drank some water. "We are doing well," Jamie said. I nodded and watched Amelia and Lilly, who were also fighting. Lilly rammed the fake bow into Amelia's head. Amelia acted dazed. The real bow hurt like hell. Lilly used her "distraction" to sweep out Amelia's legs. Unlike Jamie, Amelia had not practiced getting up. Lilly put a foot on her chest to stop her from sitting up. She too slipped a retractable dagger from her pocket and stabbed down. Lilly then helped Amelia to her feet and pulled her into a kiss.

Amelia, Lilly, and I continued to train while Jamie did her English lessons. Once she was done, we ate lunch. Ryoko came over to us. "Training go well?" Lilly smiled. "Yes. Thank you for the fake weapons. They help a lot." Ryoko smiled. "Happy to help." After we finished eating, we went to Amelia and Lilly's room to work on the dictionary. We worked before and after dinner. By the time we went to sleep, we were over halfway done with it.
