The next day went mostly the same as the day before. Training, writing, teaching for me, and taking breaks to simply hang out with each other and the dragons. Ryoko and Cadmus couldn't talk to us as much, because of their new duties, so when Ryoko entered the training room, I knew something was up. "The group of dragons sent out to spy is back. Have news," Ryoko said, eyes sparkling with excitement. "Do you know what it is yet?" I asked, a grin spreading across my face. She shook her head. The four of us followed her into the entrance hallway, where many of the dragons were gathered around another group of dragons, muttering in excitement. "The humans are here. You may begin," Ryoko said in Draconic, gesturing to us. The dragon in the front, a water dragon, nodded. "We found one of their bases. Though they are very clearly out in the open, we decided to stick to one," she started. I translated that. "The Hybrid Hunters are creating more and more Rastreadors, and are getting more and more worried about how they can't find Ella, Jamie, Lilly, and Amelia. They have been trying to locate you four, and they are getting scarily close. They know we are involved because of the Jake incident, so you may want to figure out your plan soon, if you haven't already. One of the scariest things is that they are beginning to take humans whose powers involve teleportation, so that they can get around quicker." My eyes widened as I explained it to the others. I spoke- once in Draconic, once in English. "Our plan is pretty much finished- no- completely finished. We can start whenever you're ready." The dragons started murmuring again. "We'll get in contact with the rest of the caves. Tell them that the HFA is going into action, and if they have any dragons who would be willing to help, to come as quickly as possible," Ryoko said and I translated. The Water dragon gave her a swift nod. "I will send the message, Chiefess Ryoko. The Water Cave will be ready by tomorrow." Then the dragons turned to leave. I grinned at Ryoko. "We're really doing this, aren't we?" I said in English. She smiled. "We really are."

The next day, around noon, dragons started showing up. We needed time to plan all together, and prepare, so Ryoko and Cadmus served a grand meal for a welcome and explained the plan. I stood next to them and translated everything the dragons said. "We are going to the Capital in the mundane world, which the humans will lead us to. The invisibility dragons here will use their powers to hide us. With the amount we have," she looked around at all of the dragons. "I think we will be just fine in terms of how easily we can stay invisible." I smiled as the invisibility dragons nodded along. "The Hybrid Freedom Advocates are going to say their speech and see what happens next. Their friends made an announcement saying when and where we will be. There will surely be people from all over the world there. If someone tries to attack, us dragons will step in. They will hopefully start running the moment they see us, but if the Hybrid Hunters come, be warned that a full blown fight could break out. For all of us." Dragons began murmuring, but they all seemed in agreement of the plan. "Excuse me, Chiefess Ryoko," I said in Draconic, keeping a formal tone. Ella, Lilly, Amelia and I had all agreed shortly before coming to eat with the dragons. She looked over at me. "We might make a small detour from that. You see, all of the mundane world's countries were combined years ago. Now there is one president of the entire world. Before going to the capital, which is in Arizona, we want to find our friends. They can help us with the speech, and they might even have a couple of others with them who can help. We want all of the Hybrid Freedom Advocates together for this," I explained. She nodded. "That makes sense." I smiled. "She said yes," I whispered to Ella, Lilly, and Amelia. "Then we must prepare. Dragons, do whatever you need to get ready for whatever may happen. The Hybrid Freedom Advocates will grab their weapons." I nodded. The four of us got up from the table, as did many of the dragons, and walked to the room where we kept our weapons. I took my sword carefully, and put a scabbard on over my black shirt that was slightly cropped. I had my red coat on as well, since I wanted to look as non threatening as possible. If all of us showed up with a bunch of armor, people might get a bit worried. Not only that, but the dragons didn't have any armor for humans. They had worked hard enough to get us scabbards. "I'm excited and terrified," Lilly said as she finished putting her scabbard on. She put the bow on her back. "Me too," the other three of us agreed all at once. I glanced at both of them. "Us too, I suppose." Ryoko stepped into the room. "There is one thing that the dragons didn't tell you from the mission," she started. She was holding something under her talons. I raised an eyebrow. "Huh?" Her eyes were sparkling, so I knew it was a good thing. She raised her leg, revealing four bulletproof vests. "The dragons managed to steal these, with some hard work. They assumed you would need them to protect you from the strange but powerful machinery humans use to kill." A grin spread across my face. "Thank you so much! This is great," I said, leaning down to pick one up. "Unfortunately, I'll have to take all of this off again, but hey..." Ryoko nodded, eyes still sparkling with happiness, and left the room. All four of us started cheering. "They'll struggle to kill us even if the dragons aren't quick enough to stop them," Lilly exclaimed. I grinned, then we started putting them on. Once we were finished preparing, we went into the entrance hallway again, smiling, and said, "We're ready."
