"Hey, good to see you two!" Hecate smiled as she made her way over, Calypso holding her arm with a smile of her own.
"Likewise." Andrea bowed her head politely. Andrea was wearing a rather nice black suit with dark purple embroideries and the same purple colored vest beneath the jacket. Her long hair was a dark red color and was tied up in a long ponytail with a silver tiara resting on her head. Her features were sharp, and her eyes a bright green. She was very tall, and stood almost seven feet.
Nemesis was wearing a dark purple jean jacket with black cargo pants. She was wearing a purple blindfold, and her white hair had been cut into a short bob around her face. She had a satchel on her right hip and she quickly moved forward to hug her sister with a happy smile. Nemesis was short, barely five feet tall and looked comically shorter compared to Andrea.
Hecate hugged her back happily before stepping back and motioning towards Calypso. "I believe you two met before, but this is Calypso, my girlfriend."
Nemesis' smile widened before she held her arms out towards the woman, offering a hug which Calypso happily stepped into. "It's very nice to meet you in a more personal setting." Calypso admitted. "I'm sorry if I seemed awkward when we first met, there was a lot happening."
Nemesis gave her a gentle but affirming squeeze before stepping back but leaving her hands on the woman's shoulders where her smile never faltered. The blindfolded woman glanced over her shoulder towards Andrea before looking back towards Calypso as she stepped back and moved her hands behind her back.
Calypso was originally nervous about meeting Nemesis like this, but the woman seemed nothing but kind hearted. She was not often hugged as a first introduction, but it had left her with a warm feeling of acceptance. Like this woman left her with an entire conversation about how she entrusted her sister completely to the mermaid, and no discussion was necessary.
Hecate turned to look towards the parking lot before looking back at her sister and Andrea. "So did you two want to go out to dinner? Or did you have something else in mind?"
Nemesis clapped her hands happily before nodding towards Hecate, as if saying that she was happy to have dinner with the two of them. She then motioned towards Andrea who bowed a bit.
"I'd be happy to go to dinner." Andrea agreed. "Would you like me to drive?"
"Either one of us can drive." Hecate motioned between herself and Calypso. "I know Nemi doesn't like to, so I won't be offended that she doesn't offer."
Nemesis waved her off though her smile never faded before she motioned towards the two of them.
"Do you want me to drive then Cally?"
"Sure, since I drove last time." Calypso agreed.
In a few minutes they had hopped into the car and drove into town. Hecate pulled into a parking lot on the main street before the group made their way towards the restaurant.
Calypso noticed that Hecate and Nemesis seemed to converse in a one sided conversation. She noticed that Calypso didn't move her hands in Sign Language like she had expected, and instead seemed to speak almost completely non-verbally. But in a way that almost easily conveyed what she was saying. Hecate was talking to her about her school work, and how hard she was working in her soccer practice to become better, and Nemesis seemed to be asking questions or telling her how impressive she was doing.
"It takes a bit of practice to understand Nemi's way of speaking." Andrea's voice cut into Calypso's thoughts, getting her to flinch and glance at the woman who was looking down at her.
"S-Sorry. Was I staring? I don't mean to be rude." Calypso cringed.
"You're not being rude." Andrea smirked a bit before motioning towards the two of them. "Nemesis has a way with people, with attracting the gazes of everyone around her. She lights up any room she enters no matter how dark."
