Theresia
I was trying to sleep, but the laughter from outside piqued my curiosity. I stepped outside in my sleepwear and found them playing chess.

"Oh, Bobo! talo ka na naman ate gie. Si Dons lang talaga worthy opponent ko, magaling din maglaro ng chess yun eh" Alice teased.

"Dapat sinama mo siya dito, maglaro kayo ng chess," I casually suggested as I passed them and headed to the kitchen.

How lucky her ex is to have such a strong bond with her. Maybe she is still deeply in love with her, which is why even in the simplest things, she remembers her. Irritation crept over me as I overheard Alice talking about her ex during their chess game.

Alice
I thought she was already asleep.

"Wag na mag chess, mag Videoke nalang tayo," Ate Gie suggested, trying to lighten the mood.

"Kukuha ako ng beer, inuman tayo," Cath said.

I followed her to the kitchen and found her having dinner. I could already tell she was not in the mood, as the sounds of the spoon and plate echoed.

"Love, oh water," her gaze fixed on the food.

"Gagawin ko sa water? Pwede ba, wag mo akong tawagin love!" she said in an irritated voice.

"Galit ka naman, ano naman ginawa ko?" I asked, curious, as I placed the water on the table.

"Wala, matigas yung pork. Hindi masarap yung adobo," she remarked, leaving the kitchen.

"Nagseselos lang 'toh, nadamay pa yung adobo," I mumbled to myself.

After washing the dishes, I went outside. She's singing; I never knew she could sing, as I had never heard her before.

Pag tumingin sa'kin mapupungay mong mga mata
Wala akong takas sa nakakalunod mong ganda, ha
Halika ka nga🎶

"Halika ka daw dito, mayora," Ate Gie teased, pulling me and urging me to sit and join them.

Tignan mo lang aking mga mata,
wag kang titingin na sa iba
akin ka na wala nang iba🎶

"Don't worry, sa'yo lang ako nakatingin," I softly whispered, my hands gently resting on her waist.

"Kamaay! Dun ka sa donya mo," she said firmly as she moved to the other side of the couch.

"Mayoraaaa, shot na!" Cath handed me a glass of beer.

"Grabe namang tagay 'toh, nahiya pa kayo sana ginawa niyo nalang 1-liter," I muttered to myself.

I couldn't help but worry about Theresia getting drunk; she's quite wild when drunk. But I couldn't bring myself to stop her; she was clearly enjoying the night, singing and dancing with Ate Gie. I made sure to control myself and not get carried away so I could assist her later.

"Alice, could you please tie my hair, ang init," she requested as she sat beside me. One hand rested on my thigh, while the other held the glass of beer. As I tied her hair, I couldn't resist planting a gentle kiss on her exposed neck.

"What are you doing, mamaya na," she said in a seductive tone, giving me a flirtatious look.

Her response made me blush and frustrated.
