Alice's Pov

I held her hand tightly as I pulled her upstairs, not giving her a chance to escape. My steps were quick, eager to get us to her room. But just as we were halfway down the hallway, she suddenly tugged on my hand, making me stop and turn around.

" Love, wait my slipper," she laughed, pulling me backwards as she put her slippers back on.

She handed me the key to her room,
We raced down the hallway our laughter echoing off the walls. We reached the door of her room at the same time, we exchanged glances and burst into laughter.

I unlocked the door, and she went in first. I took a deep breath before following her inside. After locking the door, I turned around only to have her pull me into a kiss. She pinned me against the door, her hand resting firmly on the back of my neck.

She kissed me passionately and at first, I barely managed to keep up with her rhythm. But as she pressed her body against mine, I started to lose my balance. I placed my hands on her waist for support. Her kisses were rough, making my knees weak.

"Mhm~" I let out a soft moan as she bit my bottom lip. Seizing the moment, her tongue began to explore as we kissed. Although it was cold, I was sweating from the intensity of her actions. After our passionate kiss, we paused to catch our breath. But she immediately kissed me again, this time sucking on my neck. I could feel her warm breath on my skin, and I knew her kisses were leaving hickeys. Her touch was driving me increasingly frustrated.

My breath grew shallow as she intensely sucked on my neck, her hands moving slowly from my neck down to my waist. She lifted my shirt slightly. Just as we reached the height of our passion, my phone rang loudly. She looked up at me, pulling her lips away with a frown.

"Answer it, it might be important," she said, while hugging me and resting her head against my chin.

The timing couldn't have been worse. I kissed her forehead, and she smiles at me. I grabbed my phone from my pocket, hoping the call was worth the interruption.

Papa calling...

Upon seeing the caller, she stepped backwards. I'll just take a shower. She said softly, giving me a quick kiss on the cheek before heading to the bathroom.

I sat down on the couch and answered the call. It was my father, checking in to see if I would be staying here much longer. He asked me to come home to Tarlac, he says he missed me already. The call lasted for a few minutes.

While waiting for her to come out of the bathroom, I wandered around her room, letting my eyes roam over the little details. Then, I spotted her phone on the table. Without thinking, I picked it up and open it. The wallpaper instantly made me blush, and I couldn’t help but smile.

“She’s still into me,” I thought to myself.

The image on her lock screen was a photo of us together, the day we made our relationship official. Seeing it brought back a flood of memories, and for a moment, I just stood there, lost in thought. I sat back down on the sofa, still holding her phone.

Though I knew it was wrong to snoop through someone’s phone without permission, my curiosity got the better of me. I couldn’t resist finding out what she’d been up to all these years while she was in the States. I scrolled through her photos, expecting to find something suspicious, but there was nothing out of the ordinary—just event pictures, work-related stuff, and… us. All of our old photos were still there. She hadn’t deleted a single one, even after we’d been apart for six years.
