Tanya's POV.

The next morning, I had bags under my eyes.

I looked in the mirror at my dishevelled appearance and groaned.

This was going to be a long day.

I was just about to head to the shower when my phone buzzed on the nightstand.

It was a text message from Daniel.

'Ready for some shopping, Hermosa? I'm outside.'

'Right now?!?!' I thought.

I looked like a fucking mess.

I quickly typed a reply.

'Not yet. Give me like... 30 minutes?', and then I quickly rushed to the bathroom, hoping he wouldn't mind waiting.

Twenty minutes later, I was dressed and had at least tried to make myself look somewhat presentable.

I ran a brush through my hair and dashed out the door, locking it behind me and running out to Daniel's car.

Daniel was waiting there, leaning against his car, phone in one hand and a coffee cup in the other.

He looked up as I approached, whistling.

"Damn, don't you look good."

He said with a smirk, taking a sip of his coffee.

I rolled my eyes, trying to hide the fact that his compliment made me a little flustered.

"Yeah, yeah.. don't sound so surprised," I said, climbing into the passenger's seat.

Daniel got in next to me and started the car.

"You don't give yourself enough credit," He said, pulling out onto the road. "You're a very pretty girl."

I gave him a side-eye, pretending to be unfazed by the comment.

"Right.. and you don't know how to stop flirting," I retorted, but I couldn't help a small smile.

"Can you blame me? Especially with such a beautiful girl like you?" He smirked, glancing at me.

I rolled my eyes again, smiling secretly.

"Just focus on driving." I said.

Daniel chuckled, keeping his eyes on the road.

"You're no fun."

The rest of the drive was mostly silent, aside from Daniel occasionally humming along to the radio.

It didn't take long to get to the fancy mall in the city, and soon enough, we were pulling into the parking lot.

Daniel parked the car and turned to me.

"So... ready for some shopping?" He asked with a grin.

Despite my earlier reservations, I couldn't help but feel a twinge of excitement.

"As long as you're paying," I teased, unbuckling my seatbelt and getting out of the car.

"That was the plan, Tanny." He replied.

We made our way into the mall, the upscale stores and designer names surrounding us.

I couldn't help but feel a bit intimidated by the extravagance of it all, even though I was with a famous actor who was probably used to all this.

Daniel seemed to notice my discomfort and gave me a reassuring smile.

"Don't worry, I know which stores to go to," He said, gently placing a hand on my back, guiding me through the crowds.
