Chapter 32

Mikha's POV

Today, I decided to go where my heart belong. Since I have my free two days, might as well surprise my A. I miss her so much for over a week now.

I know she'll be tired because today is her mall show schedule so I'll buy her favorite ice cream and maybe give her another white rose? Why not.

Okay, just to let you know, hindi ko pinanuod ng buo yung music video. I tap skip skip skip until it finished. I just can't bring myself to watch her, being too close with some guy.

Well, thanks to blooms and to my fyp in tiktok. It seems like I have already watched it over and over again. How many times you want me to get jealous? They even suggested 'bini mv reaction video' from me, and nah, that's suicide.

I arrived exactly five thirty in front of her door. I hope she's in there because I can't wait to see her na.

After one minute of ringing the doorbell, at last, I saw what I have been missing since last week.

She opened the door and look at me like she's another person but she still looking pretty as always. She is out of energy but manage to check me out. I smiled and mentally high fived myself.

What now, A? I look pogi ba? I hope you realized that it's for you.

When she hug me, I feel the butterflies in my stomach having their mini party. I'm still holding the ice cream and the white rose so even if I'm dying to hug her back tightly, I just can't.

Then she finally let me in. I walk to the fridge and put the ice cream first then walk back to her.

What's wrong with my A? She's thinking hard since I got here.

If Staku is here while I'm struggling to think of how I will give the white rose, she probably say, 'torpe ka talaga, Mikhs. Nakakahiya pag nalaman ng blooms!'

Well, at least I still manage to gave it to her, just don't think of how. She even holding it while we power hug. I missed her warmth. This is what I want to feel every time na uuwi ako sa condo. Her heartbeat is like a lullaby.

Na-miss ko din yung luto nya so I'm very happy when she decided to cook eventhough I know she's really tired.

She asked hows my taping and I said that so far so good. They really are friendly to me, so I'm glad.

I'm more curious of what she's feeling right now so I asked if she is missing her family in Cebu because I will find way na samahan sya kahit one day lang kami basta gumaan lang yung pakiramdam nya.

A sigh of relief when she said that she was just tired and needed a good sleep. That I can help, I'm willing to be her pillow kahit na medyo masakit yung braso ko dahil natamaan ng bola kahapon sa taping.

"A, you want another scoop of ice cream?"

"I had enough sweets, Mikha Lim." she answered looking at me intently.

"Uh-ahm, okay? I'll put it back in the fridge na and ako na bahala dito. You go shower na so you can sleep after."

"I'm not going to sleep without you beside me, M. So I will prepare your favorite hoodie and you shower after me. Hm'kay?"

"You know that I will do whatever you want, A."

"Good. See you in a bit!" then she gave me a flying kiss.

It's so fast that I didn't catch it!

I'm waiting for her dito sa room nya and I smile when I saw the white rose in her study table. I am about to touch it when I feel pain in my right shoulder.

Ouch. Bad timing yung tama ng bola sakin kahapon sa taping.

Now, I'm looking at the pictures on her white board, can't help but smile again when I realized, almost all of it are two of us, together.

I felt the warmth in my heart. It looks like we are really together.

What if I confess so we can make it official?

I sighed. Okay, calm down Mikha Janna Lim, you need to think of Bini before doing something.

Umupo nalang muna ako and scroll sa phone which I just hope I didn't do. When I open the X app, bungad agad sakin yung pictures of her and the Jeremy guy in the coffee shop. They were happy and laughing together.

I feel like I've been drown. My heart is aching and I'm not liking it.

"Mikha Lim, your turn."

Hindi ko namalayan na lumapit na pala sya sakin. I don't know, I froze when I saw the picture. Baka nga mas bagay sila like what they've said in the comment section.

"Mikh-"

"-I'll go to the bathroom na, A."
