Amy's POV

I wonder what her is hiding, but if it has something to do with a family I've never heard of... it can't be safe. I grabbed his arm just in time.

Sonic's POV

I saw Shadow appear in a flash of light with... AMY?!!?!

Me: "why did you bring her?!"

Shadow: "Bring wh-"

I saw him turn around and Amy gave him and awkward smile. Oh. She stowed away.

Me: "Whatever, you think you can deal with this or do you want me to handle it?"

Shadow: "I want to talk to him first, if he shows any signs of attacking... do what you must."

(Well that didn't sound condescending at all 🙄)

I pointed towards the sitting Darkling leaning on a stone patiently.

Me: "I think he knows we're here..."

Tails: "That's bad right?"

Shadow: "Depends how quickly he would like to be in his deathbed."

Amy: "Shadow. Who is that?"

I saw Shadow glance back at Ames slightly concerned at first but of course he kept his 'cool' composure.

Shadow: "None of your concern at the moment, but feel free to ask after you smash him with your hammer."

I heard Amy and Tails laugh at that one... I was caught completely off guard with that. The Ultimate Faker... MAKING JOKES?!? 

Yep. It's settled. The world is ending.

Shadow's POV

I looked back at them as I walked toward him... a final farewell I guess in a way. Just without words... or emotion.

Eclipse: "Ah, it's about time you showed up... Brother."

I heard Rose gasp from behind, she needs better timing.

Me: "I noticed your piloting skills are dwindling..."

I gestured towards the massive wreck.

Me: "What, daddy never had time to teach you?"

I knew I shouldn't have said that... but he actually started to laugh and.........

That is just wrong.

Eclipse: "Wow You make it sound like he was actually around for me"

He sounded almost... sad. I don't know why but I punched him, hard. He stared at me for a moment.

Eclipse: "You want to know why I'm here..."

Me: "Look who got a hint."

Eclipse: "well I don't if you noticed but," 

He waved his arms gesturing to his ship

Eclipse: "I kindofneedyourhelp."

Me: "What?"

Eclipse" I kindofneedyouhelp"

Me: "You. Need. To. Slow. DOWN." (-_-)

Eclipse: "I need your help. To repair my ship."

Me: "See that's better. and no."
